Last review I left I received no follow up! So why ask. Just had truck serviced and tried to up charge me $1500 on work I had done on my last appointment. Disappointing! Good thing I was paying attention and called them out. Trust goes along way and it’s the foundation of relationships! Small town and word of mouth goes a long way! Guessing car wash coupons went away as I was never given one Customers have a lot of options, so why open the door for them to leave. It’s the little things that make a big difference!

Although unhappy with the failure of major components on my 72K miles Expedition, I could not be more pleased with our service advisor, Ken, and the dealership. Unfortunately a new transmission and other key repairs do take time to diagnose, get extended warranty authorization, get parts, get repaired, get tested. Ken shepherded the entire process through, and went above and beyond in communicating with us every step of the way. I envisioned having to highly "Karen" the extended warranty, as these never provide as much coverage as hoped -- but Ken and the team there handled all of that for me and made a horrific mechanical failure into a wonderfully tolerable event financially. I have the car back and he is still advocating for us, working the warranty to reimburse maximum possible local rental car days. He also never once blamed anyone else for delays or hiccups, just honestly stated what was going on as in "well, we tested it and need to get back in there and troubleshoot a, b, c. ..." This was refreshing. Although Ken was my primary point person, I felt he was representing a whole team of folks from mechanical technicians to parts to administrative people all working toward my vehicle repair. Delilah and others (whose names I forgot to write down) also communicated well and took actions needed during holidays when folks were out. None of the "we know nothing, not our lane" type answers from dealerships past. A mechanic who serves in the National Guard (thank you, hooah!) even stayed late to finish the job before drill. I have owned 16 Fords. This one indeed emits a faint lemony aroma, but the folks there in Helena got it fixed and jumped all the warranty claim hurdles for me. Being former Army, our family owning 16 Fords, and having dealt with dealerships all over this country, I can assure this dealership is the finest. Thanks Ken, the key communicator, and all the people I never met doing the work to me back on the road.

Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. This dealership was busy with appointments and still found a way to get me in. And they did it in half the time they told me it would take. Having Nicole up front and her mechanic knowledge, lets me know that the mechanics doing the work must really know their stuff. And they all showed that!!! Thank You for making my vacation to Helena Great!!!
