Brought my 2021 Lincoln navigator L black label there for 3 electronic component related issues that were all clearly covered under my "premium" care extended warranty. 7 days later I was told that 2 of the far more expensive issues were not covered, so I now have the car with the same non working rear window defroster and a non working pre collision system and a $435 bill (for nothing basically). Having a premium care extended warranty literally screwed me and coated me more money in the end than had I not had it . As I was picking up the car the service manager told me that they may have put in the warranty request for the rear glass the wrong way and they'll try it again now,, yeah too little too late.. When I buy a new suv this summer/fall it's Cadillac all the way. Not to mention when I picked up the car it was filthy and there was Grease all over the side of my rug, and i waited close to 2 hours to initially drop off the vehicle and leave with the loaner vehicle..

I first had Anthony then Chris Urena. These gentlemen could not have been better. My truck had more then one issue and when the first one was repaired the technician Dio went for a road test with me and was superb. I cant thank Dio enough. He brought the truck back in and repaired the second issue in no time. My truck is like new again! These guys are phenomenal! I am so happy I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been to other dealership service centers, I found the one I will be using from now on.
