Just had my oil changed on my F-150.

Just had my oil changed on my F-150. Alyssa was my point of contact and she did a great job. I received updates and even a video of the inspection they performed via text and email. It was a worry free experience.

Fantastic staff, bought a 22 mustang GT new 3 years ago.

Fantastic staff, bought a 22 mustang GT new 3 years ago. Fair prices and I bring my vehicle back in for all services and fixes because of their professionalism and attitudes. They are friendly people who care, they remember details from years ago. They offer great services to fit your needs with a mobile service that fixed a recall issue when I was at work. Easily replace a bad battery for free. Again, awesome people would recommend.

I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 Ford Bronco

I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 Ford Bronco from All-American Ford. Marc was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only am I thrilled with the car, but the customer service exceeded every expectation. Marc took me on a test drive, helped me set up my auto insurance, downloaded the Ford app with me for the remote start and lock features, and walked me through all the controls. He showed me how to connect Apple CarPlay, switch to four-wheel drive, locate the hazards, and use every button on the steering wheel. I left with all my questions answered and complete confidence in my new Bronco. From now on, I will only be purchasing and leasing vehicles from All-American Ford. A big shout out to the incredible owner, Chris, who is humble, kind, and genuinely helpful. He personally reviewed the pros and cons of leasing with me. Most dealerships are pushy or willing to let you walk away, but All-American makes sure everyone is satisfied. I will be recommending Marc to all my friends who are in the market for a car. I have already received so many compliments and questions about my Bronco, and now everyone knows exactly where to go. Thank you, All-American Ford!

Dealership was fine.

Dealership was fine. Mr. Singh was professional and a pleasure to work with. I should have sold my trade in Subaru 2017 105,000 mi. Subaru in NY offered 9315, Old Bridge Ford gave me 6500. Sell first before doing deal and come in with money. I was foolish. CT5 is great 6 cylinder. Can not wait to drive it every day. Subaru, was fun but not as quiet.

Service department is the reason we return to All.

Over the years I have purchased cars from All American Ford. The sales department is very good. However, what keeps us coming back is the service. They are knowledgeable and they do everything to make the service visit comfortable. They explain everything in advance and let’s you know what their doing as they service the car. They are quick and efficient. In particular, Allison went out of her way when I picked my car up to assure me about some questions I had regarding tires .

Service department is the reason we return to All.

Great Service Experience

I took my car to All American Ford in Old Bridge for a collision repair and the level of service was outstanding. Starting with the service advisor Allison Schwartz who managed my service request and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair. She was always pleasant and professional. The other individual that I had contact with was Pat in the auto body shop there at the Old Bridge location. He too was outstanding in the level of service he provided. He was very thorough in examining the damage on my car and explaining to me what was needed in the repair along with providing an approximate timeline for it. Both of them also were very responsive when I pointed out a minor issue once my car was returned to me and are working with me to address it. This is my second time dealing with the service department at All American Ford and I will say that on both occasions the level of service has been outstanding. Thanks folks

Do not buy here

Very unprofessional dealership from top to bottom. The only person I had an okay experience with was Chris my salesman. Came from out of state to New Jersey and bought a vehicle. Dealership waited well over two weeks to send my paperwork to my home states DMV causing my temporary plate from them to expire while waiting for my plate. Every time I called for an update I was pushed on to someone new and nobody knew what was going on with my paperwork/plate. Spoke to several “managers” and every single one had 0 clue about the situation then tried to blame me for not contacting them sooner when I was calling every other day trying to get an answer about where my stuff is. Receptionist had an attitude and made some rude comments to herself about me without realizing her phone wasn’t on hold yet. Ended up getting my plates and everything almost 2 months later. Almost a whole month after my temporary tag from them expired. Had to call ford corporate multiple times and get the dealership on the phone with them. I’d never buy from here again. A very unprofessional dealership that doesn’t do a thing for you after they get your money. Never have had issues with a dealership like this and if you’re thinking about coming in from out of state to buy from them just forget it and save yourself the headache.
