Traveling from Florida to Montana and stopped at Akins

Traveling from Florida to Montana and stopped at Akins Ford in Winder GA. Bought a 2026 F250 Lariat Crew with 6.7 diesel. I traded a 2025 F150 Ecoboosr. They were also able to put a tri-flip hard tonneau cover. The day was running out of daylight and the allowed us to camp on their property. Highly recommend our salesman Chis Melbourne.

Akins service dept is the best in town.

Akins service dept is the best in town. They did the Works service in 56 minutes. My service writer Rudy was very polite and friendly. He was very efficient in keeping me updated. There waiting room is silo with free coffee and drinks and ice cream snacks and computers.

Found a vehicle listed online I was very interested with Akins Ford. Mark Sampson was the salesman involved with this sale. Can I say I have never had a worse experience buying a car. From wasting almost an hour of my time “ filling up the car.” This is after making an appointment to pick up the keys and leave in a new car. But Alina had another idea. Before being able to leave someone from their parts dept told me that the car I had planned on leaving with had an open recall that they “ just got the part for “. And need it back asap to have the Driveshaft replaced. The car was picked up on the following Monday, only to be delivered with unrepairable damage to one of the tires. When I asked what happened to the tire Drago informed me that the tire was already damaged. “ you can see in the pics from the add.” Which was incorrect and provable since when they picked up the vehicle they did a full walk around inspection with ZERO details of any damage. And if that were the care does it then mean they sold a used vehicle that had an unsafe damaged tire to someone. I’m now out a tire and almost three days of my time. For a vehicle that will always remind me of the absolute most terrible buying experience ever.

Very satisfied with the service I received when

Very satisfied with the service I received when purchasing my vehicle. Everyone was extremely helpful in making overall experience a success. This is the easiest and quickest experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle from test driving a couple of the vehicles to the purchase of the vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with the teamwork and service that I have received so far. I love the new 2026 Ford Explorer ST that I recently purchased.
