Never coming back.

Never coming back. Just had an absolute garbage experience with the service department. Have been bringing my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to get serviced for seven years. Arrived at 7:40am to get my car inspected and the oil changed. I was the third car in line in the left lane, waiting for them to open. When they opened at 8am, I pulled my car into the tunnel and gave the tech my keys and info. Left to go get breakfast, as I’ve done in the past. Expected to get a phone call two hours later, letting me know what the status was. But nothing came. So I caught an uber to the shop at noon. I was immediately recognized and told that “the car would be finished today.” I pointed out that I could see the car in a parking spot just beyond the tunnel. At that point I was told that (after four hours) it hadn’t even been brought into the shop yet…despite the fact that I had been one of the first cars in the door at 8am. With just an hour left in the service day, I waited in the waiting room. They closed up at 1pm and finally rang me out…with just one other customer left. Ridiculous to be one of the first customers in the door and the second-to-last one out, when all I needed was an inspection (which the car passed without needing anything) and an oil change. I won’t be back.

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from Reedman, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a complete lemon. Barely a month after driving it off the lot, I started experiencing numerous problems. The vehicle had to be towed back to Reedman, where I was informed that there's a shortage of hybrid mechanics, causing a significant delay in repairs. After weeks of waiting, they claimed to have fixed the issue and returned the car to me. However, on the same day, more issues surfaced, and the car had to be taken back to the dealership yet again. It's been sitting there for an extended period now, with no end in sight. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, be prepared for lengthy service times and the possibility of not having your car returned to you for weeks on end.
