Two bad experiences I should had learned from the first. In 2006 I scheduled my truck for a wheel alignment, they called me and said my truck was too big for the alignment machine, ok, didn't cost me anything. They should not have taken in my truck. This last experience takes the cake. I had a strange noise (sound like a knock or Jake brake noise) any time my 2020 6.4 truck went into ECO mode. At the time I just moved back to the area, not having tools (were in storage out of state)or place to inspect myself (temporarily in apartment). They claimed I had metal in my oil, an engine knock and needed a new engine at the cost of $20000. I know what an engine knock sounds like so I knew they were trying to get over or only guessing. Having a background in auto repairs I later inspected my oil (no evidence of metal) and diagnosed the problem myself after retrieving my tools and a new home w/garage. It cost me $65 to remedy the problem. If you don't have a background in auto repairs beware of this dealer. NEVER AGAIN will I go there for any type of repair. I found a good alignment shop all other repairs I perform myself.

I had an awesome experience at with Femi Jaik and Kris. They took good care of me and they took time with me. I looked at a Jeep wrangler 4 door and a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L diamond black. They got their job done. I always have positive vibes for this Jeep dealer. Shout out to the Burlington CDJR team.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! (KRIS DEPALERNO and THE BURLINGTON TEAM) I was actually on my way to drive over 2 hours to pick up a car at Ciocca that I have been waiting 3 weeks for. However, the night before, they called me and told me I couldn’t get a Pre Purchase Inspection before buying the car. I was so frustrated we decided to stop at Burlington Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge because they had a newer version of the same car. Now this went against my strategy for buying a car with negotiating a deal before going in to see it but I figured if it didn’t work out we would just leave and buy the car I intended to. I had also bought another car a few days ago for my other daughter which was a great experience. I explained all of this to Kris and he said he would try very hard to match that experience. Kris lived up to the hype! He was easy going with no pressure. Kris and Trevor worked hard to get us to a great price and didn’t play around with my rate. In fact, they came back with the lowest rate beating my credit union and the other dealership that we just bought from. They let us take the car for the weekend to get a Pre Purchase Inspection and assured us that they would address any issue that came back. Pete from finance was funny, fair, and honest. My daughter got a kick out of listening to him. We got the inspection done where the previous owner purchased and serviced the vehicle and they raved about how well Burlington prepared the car for sale. They did state that the incorrect battery for this car was installed due to its auto start stop feature and they highly recommended spark plugs due to the mileage. I sent it to Kris and they took care of all of it. Every time I texted Kris he would call me back and offer his help. Jake in Service was friendly and did everything to accommodate us. I’ve been preparing for war to purchase my daughter’s vehicles and this was an amazing experience. There are great dealerships out there with exceptional people. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to recommend or buy from them again. Great job Burlington!!!

Absolutely awful, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. We tried to negotiate a fair price, and the manager came out and completely lost his temper he was yelling, being aggressive, and making the whole process unbearable. I came in to buy a car, not get berated. Stay far away unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Femi Adeyina was the sales rep. Things started ok, as he actually had the vehicle on lot and waiting for me when I arrived. However, things quickly turned 180. It was the moment i tried to find out what interest rates they had available and if they had any incentives, that they got ignorant with me. They refused to give me any accurite information without running my credit. After i walked out on the antics, he had the audacity to try and belittle me in an email, of which i will be forwarding to corperate. His retort to my complain about how i was treated was that I really couldn't afford the vehicle anyway....? I ended up buying a Honda Odyssey instead. Their arrogance and sence of entitlement is overwhelming. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Extremely poor customer encounter..Trevor the manager treats customer as potentially stupid people that he can take advantage of ..person absolutely to avoid... Best part is I had purchased a car in summer of 23... Returned for another deal until I saw that guy...he will leave you speechless when you realize his ignorance ..looks like now their policy at the whole dealership to treat eopleat all cost for a maximum benefits for them ...a major loss for you... specially if you have a trade. You can d better than that !

Bait and Switch I'm not going to get into every detail about my horrible experience trying to buy a car at Burlington CDJR but I wanted to warn anyone that may be considering shopping there. The prices on their website (both MSRP and available discounts) are deliberately misleading and the sales manager I dealt with was very disrespectful. Even though I had all intentions of buying a car from them I ended up walking out and purchasing at a different dealership. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Just completed my purchase of my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. The process could not have been any easier. It was so refreshing going to a car dealership where every person I dealt with was honest, polite, informative, and extremely helpful. My sales associate, Brandon Cummings, was absolutely awesome! Prior to coming to Burlington CDJR the used car buying experience was awful...deceptive pricing, hidden fees, high pressure tactics, and a general disregard for honesty. I left Burlington CDJR with a beautiful truck, a fantastic deal and a reinforcement of my belief that there are actually people and businesses that take great pride in providing real honest to goodness customer service. Thank you Isaac, Zach, Gus, Pete, and especially Brandon for a tremendous experience. I would not hesitate going back to shop for another vehicle. By the way...they are open for business... the construction you see from the street is not stopping them from providing outstanding deals. I also recommend the hot chocolate if you stop by.
