Service has gone downhill, My appointment was at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:50am. It is now 12:30 and my Audi Q8 is not finished with its service. It is just an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. I was informed it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. I don’t think it should take 3 hours to finish these simple things. This is my second visit with this type of service. I will not be back.

Mike and Mike were both wonderful this week trying to correct the infotainment issue with our new GTI. We feel confident when the replacement part is available it will be good as new.

Mike, the service manager, went above and beyond in taking care of all of my needed repairs. I very much appreciated Mike arranging for someone to pick up and deliver my car, because I have nobody to drive me to Star. He also had my car washed and detailed! This kind of service is exceptional!

Waiting time was 4 hours. Too long for a car with no repairs. Service call for a new WV sticker. Over $625 but they did put new oil, windshield wipers , new battery and 2022 sticker.

My purchase experience was very pleasant, informative and quick to complete. My repair experience (recall) was the same. All employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Purchase was low pressure. Price was a few thousand less than other dealers without surprise mark-ups of other dealers. Audi Q3 is well appointed and has handled well in recent snow and ice.
