Purchased a my new car this past week with Chris.

Purchased a my new car this past week with Chris. Chris was absolutely amazing from walking in the door to driving away in our new set of wheels. Took the time to listen to all our needs and wishes about what we were looking for in a newer vehicle. He gave us several different options to choose from so we weren't stuck with one choice. Very nice man, pleasant and polite. I definitely recommend Chris O. if you are looking for a new vehicle in your future. He's definitely my new car salesman and hope to do business again in the future some day.

I found a certified used car that i wanted and was told

I found a certified used car that i wanted and was told by salesman that the paperwork was not with the car. He promised to call me within a day or two with paperwork . He didnt call me. I called and was told the car was sold on a thursday . My visit was on weds. The car was still online. I was told car was in Keyport then told it was somewhere else but the car was in toms river after a few untruths I was finally told the car was sold . I believe this dealer engaged in bait and switch.i was prepared to purchase on Weds. and credit check was completed . I just dont trust this dealer now.

Brought vehicle in previously for oil changes.

Not pleased with service. Vehicle has been brought in previously and was never told of needed repairs until this time which was $1700.00. Not pleased at all.

Chris Cirillo is the best there is!

Chris Cirillo is the best there is! He listened and got done everything he could to get rid of a car I purchased a few years back from a dealership down the road from them that I was stuck in for a while. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris! He was awesome! Will go back years down the road and have him help us again! Thank you to Chris and the team for going above and beyond! I LOVE my new Rogue!

SCAM ALERT!

SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT!! I went to Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River to test drive an Ariya. I also had a coupon for a $50 gift card with a test drive which I made them aware of from the beginning. So after taking all of my info, name address, cell, email, scan of drivers license, we go for a test drive. After we talked some numbers while he applied extreme pressure to leave with the car. I liked the car and was interested but was not leaving with the car. After grinding me for an hour, the salesman feigned ignorance about the gift card. Then came back and said he talked to his manager and said I had to redeem it myself on the website. I said this is impossible and the email says at the end of the test drive an associate will redeem the card. He went to his manager again. Kevin, the manager came out and changed his story to now he was having trouble with the redemption website and they were closed so he would look into it Monday. Then he read the fine print aloud and said dealer reserves final decision to redeem gift card or not and it was his store and he was not going to redeem my gift card. So I got scammed out of my information and time. Every customer is a potential whether right then or in the future, and they lost me forever as I will not be pressured like that basically lied to. If they did not want to participate, do not take my information and time, you cannot participate up until the end and if I don't buy the car, you change your mind. This is nothing more than a SCAM!
