I stopped a couple of times at this dealership before making a purchase. Al Albakri was very helpful and provided with a range of options and ultimately found the car I wanted. He was nice, pleasant and very patient.

Fast, friendly, and corteous. Worked mainly with jessica. Did most of the paperwork over texting of all ways. Everything was made clear and simple. After arrival, walked out with our new pathfinder in an hour. Clean showroom and everything was very professional. Thank you!

The sales person Ms Muna what is your pleasure to work with from the moment? I first spoke with her I knew that she would be the right person to help me to lease my 2026 vehicle, she took down all the information that I was inquiring about and i I wrote down all the questions that I had and said she would get back to me and she responded in a in a very fast and kindly manner answering all my questions helping me out being being very thorough. I Appreciate her honesty her professionalism and her knowledge of the vehicle, I would recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle to stop in to the Dearborn Nissan dealership and request her by name. In the future, any vehicle needs, I will come to Dearborn Nissan and request her as my sales representative. I also appreciate her patience with me when I asked a lot of questions upon my arrival and right before I actually saw the vehicle.

As a loyal Nissan customer of 20+ years and a combat veteran with PTSD, I was treated with complete disrespect at Nissan of Dearborn. I was told my car had $12k in issues and was unsafe to drive — yet the associate suggested I take it off the lot and “sell it on Facebook.” I had to visit three separate times, including once where they told me to just drop my keys in the after-hours slot while the service desk was still open. Each visit involved long, unexplained waits. My wife even had to come inside looking for me because of the delays. They initially said they’d purchase the vehicle for $500, then dropped it to $100. When I finally got a check, they forced me to drive back again instead of simply mailing it. Since posting about this, I’ve received repeated calls and texts pressuring me to alter or remove my review — ignoring my request for written communication due to PTSD. That is a violation of the ADA, and I’ve already filed complaints with the DOJ, BBB, and will file with MDCR next. This was my second Nissan, and I was ready for a third — even considering a new Juke. Instead, I went to Hyundai, where they treated me like family. Nissan Consumer Affairs and this dealership have lost my trust forever.
