Exceeded my Expectations!!!

They were very professional and courteous. I felt truly valued. I did not know what to expect once I walked in but they made me feel comfortable and wanted to make me happy. My rating for this survey is only for the sales side.

I was very pleased with the service that I got in purchasing my vehicle. My husband has recently passed away and loved to shop for a new vehicle. So this was a new experience for me and they were very helpful to me and explained things to me.

Buying a car

Jack Johnson was very helpful, and a excellent employee. If I was still managing people I would offer him a position. The person in finance( I forget his name) was also very good and did a excellent job.

Excellent in every aspect of buying experience. Salesperson, manager and finance person were professional knowledgeable and expedient in performing their responsibilities. Pleasant experience all around. (I suggest not requiring this section be 25 words minimum. (Kind of irritating.)

Professional staff.

Brian Parker was very competent and great to work with in getting the Elantra for us. We expected to spend a little time at the dealership getting everything in order, and all of our questions and the paperwork were handled quickly. We met with Carl Goode to take care of the financial paperwork, and that process went quickly too. Carl was very nice. I think your dealership is very lucky to have both of these gentlemen working for you.

They Made it happen

My wife and I were in need of a 2nd vehicle bad. Jerry Franklin's "let's get it done" approach made our experience less like buying a car and more like hanging out with a friend. He made sure we got good money for our trade and really went the extra mile to get the right deal done. We got everything we asked for! He has customers for life!

The Engine in my Hyundai Tuscon (2012) is dead...

Att: Do not buy from this dealership. They cannot fix the car and they are ignoring me. This car is a piece of junk. BAD.

Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie Knocked it out of the Park!!!

I am so happy now with this dealership. I had some issues with my 2012 Tucson. However, they totally pleased me and went above and beyond for me.

First Class as Usual

This was our second vehicle purchased in the last 4 months. The first purchase was so phenomenal, that there wasn't any question we would give them a second chance. Jack & the rest of the crew were able to make the 2nd time just as great as the first time we purchased from Ourisman. I don't see going anywhere else of recommending any other dealership, and this includes the other 4 Hyundai dealerships 30 minutes closer to my home.
