Fast, friendly and reliable! I never wait long and always get complete, clear diagnostics that include pricing.

Service department stated that all recall repairs were completed without issue, however, the electric mode is no longer available on my jeep wrangler after the service

Horrific experience; they are unsupportive of disabilities. We have had problems with this Van since day one: the brake light and the ETC lights came on before the hand controls were even on. The original Hand Controls were manual and put on janky. When we were on a trip, we almost didn't stop a few times; the lights were coming on, stopping the van, and taking over while pressing the gas pedal- terrifying. Dodge blamed the aftermarket and voided the warranty. We stopped, 380 miles out of our way, at the Nashville MobilityWorks dealership, and they bandaged them so we could get home and stop more easily. They just kept saying it was a good thing I'm so strong; unfortunately, the ETC and brake lights continued going on, and the van just slowed to 2-7 mph on roads going 45-70- extremely scary! When we got home, we took it to the Monrovia dealership, which supposedly fixed it. Then, MobilityWorks' Mr. Daniels, whom Nashville reached out to, had the electronic hand control installed at the Van Nuys MobilityWorks. We have had this van for 5 years, and we have consistently had issues with the brake system and FTC. It breaks our hearts because it was really dangerous to drive. We picked it up yesterday morning from the Dodge dealership in Monrovia, and they told us it was fine to drive! However, on the way home, the ETC light came on, and accidents were narrowly avoided again. If it's a faulty van, and they need to do something. I'm beginning to think that the Dodge van is a lemon. It doesn't seem like we should have to deal with this type of severe safety issues. I am 69, and my husband is 73, and we're supposed to be leaving the week of May 10 to go and celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. We had some trips planned with our grandchildren, but no one will come with us anymore because of all the problems with the van. Our greatest joy has turned into a nightmare, and now I can hardly even get into the van as my body is degenerating, and frankly, I am afraid of being trapped due to the non-stop issues. Anyway, there's a long history here, and it just seems like Dodge has blamed MobilityWorks, and it's just been this endless, worthless circle that has nothing to do with customer service. I no longer have the energy in my soul to fight this anymore, with all the pain, war, and evil happening in the world. I need Dodge to do right by us. The words spoken to me by Dodge regarding disability and driving don't mix, etc., have been horrific.

Dealer response

Janie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we want to start by saying how deeply sorry we are for the fear, frustration, and heartbreak this situation has caused you and your husband. No customer, especially one navigating mobility challenges, should ever feel unsafe in their vehicle or unsupported by the people they turn to for help. We want to be transparent about something important: the hand control modifications referenced in your review are performed exclusively by MobilityWorks, an independent company that specializes in mobility adaptations and operates separately from our dealership. The Nashville and Van Nuys locations mentioned are also unaffiliated with Sierra CDJR of Monrovia. That said we take any safety concerns related to vehicles serviced at our location extremely seriously and we are deeply sorry if any interaction with our team left you feeling dismissed or disrespected. Please reach out to our management team directly so we can review your specific service history at our location and do everything within our power to help bring this situation to a resolution.

Anthony was great to work with and we appreciated his honesty and transparency when working through the deal. We also appreciated the kindness of everyone at the dealership including Juan, our finance manager. It was a bit short staffed so we stayed a bit late, but the staff we had were great.

While I was waiting, I went to personally buy air filters. I got home to change them and they were both the wrong parts sold to me. I had given the parts associate the vin# from my service paper. I had driven all the way from Upland to service my car. The service tech also left all the trash in my car on the floor and drivers seat. My dashboard was also dirty around the start switch. They also left the screws on the cover for my engine filter lose and out. I noticed this when I went to change the filters

We are grateful you took the time to share this detailed feedback even though we are deeply sorry it was necessary. Traveling from Upland and being met with incorrect parts, a messy vehicle, and loose screws on your engine filter cover is completely unacceptable and not reflective of the standards we hold our team to. Each of these issues will be addressed directly and we would welcome the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to our service and parts management team at your earliest convenience.
