Libertyville Hyundai

I am quite pleased with the ease Libertyville Hyundai provided to setup the appointment online.

A few months ago I purchased a certified 2020 Hyundai Tuscon from HH. Everything looked great on the car except for a few scratches that were pointed out and disclosed in the Car Fax report. Well I am driving down the interstate and my bumper and side panel came loose and started tearing away, I was out of town at the time so I secured it down as best as I could until I could get my insurance agent out to look at it. According to my insurance agent this car had been in an accident prior so there was nothing they could do to cover it. I then reached out to HH asking if they would be able to replace it as it was never disclosed or even noted this car had been in an accident. My insurance agent stated that if they had inspected the car properly they would have seen bumper was just bonded on and was a completely different color. Speaking with the sales manager who was not kind and placing blame on me for not bringing it in even though I live 2.5 hours away and was waiting for insurance to look first. So unless you love discovering secret problems with your car later on do not buy a car here!

Please don't purchase anything from this. I bought a new car in Nov. 2023, and they promised me that they will send one gift to my home. it's almost 3 months and No gift nothing. They will forcefully ask you to take the Happy Hyundai Packages and Default Lifetime Nitrogen filling (It's a lol kind of thing Coz for this we have to stay in Ilinois only and they are lying like " you wil get the free nitrogen in Costco with this lifetime Nitrogen package. Total Tons of Lies and fake smiles until u purchase. Once you are done with purchase, they will not respond to any of the mails. So please don't buy from Happy Hyundai. I literally lost 5k bocos of these xxxxy guys. Don't ever try to with salesperson " Brian Antonov."Coz u will get lot of fake promises from him until u buy the car.

Jesus was super helpful in getting my 2024 Elantra. I wasn’t expecting to be in the market for a car anytime soon, but he made the process so easy and explained everything to us. He was very friendly, and made the whole process so smooth. Steve explained in detail things I didn't quite understand. I appreciate the whole team, they were all so friendly and helpful.
