My written concerns were addressed with serious attention. All of them were looked into and the results explained . One concern bothered the service person so much that he looked in my driver’s manual to get better clarification about it. The answer surprised both of us! That was truly great service!

I took my Crosstrek in for a (free) oil change, and I am very pleased with the entire process. Again I dealt with AnnMary O’Rafferty; she’s delightful to deal with, and I really appreciate her professionalism. The work was done well inside of an hour, and AnnMary kept me informed of the progress via text. I’m quite pleased.

Very pleasant relaxed family atmosphere. Jacob, our salesman, was friendly, kind and helpful. The sales manager was also very pleasant to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right car at the right price to stay within our budget. overall great experience. I would definitely go back. Definitely recommend them if you’re in the market for a Subaru.

Awful service. They screwed up the payment, over charged in general, gave a "oil change" even though the oil had been changed days before, never reset the oil dash light and never washed the car, which is a courtesy they advertise. Would give no stars if possible.
