The service staff were great and very nice to work with but even though I made an appointment days in advance having to wait almost 6 hours for an oil change because you allow yourselves to get so booked up in a day is absolutely ridiculous. I will never recommend anyone to go here for simple service if oil changes take that long.

Requested an alignment, they never provided proof of a before and after. I still don’t know if it was done ever done.

Do not buy cars from this dealer especially used cars . I bought. Car from them it shows on the car fax as no accident but I took the car to a shop to do some mods and I was told by two experts the car was in accident. I talked to salesman and told me to come over to their dealership to solve the issue but he offered me a trade in and gave and offer of $ 26500 for a the car that I bought for $33125 from them . Also I asked for the floor mats and I was told that it was ordered and when called them to see if I can pick it up but they kept playing games . For anyone who want to go there please go take a look at their back yard you’ll find used cars with accidents which they’re preparing for sale

The new GM Luke was fantastic! I wasn’t unreasonable with my value for my trade in so he gave me exactly what I was looking for my vehicle and discounted his vehicle creating a great deal and there was no back and forth at all. Zero pressure from either him and the salesman and I was in and out within a couple hours. Very happy with my purchase and the process. Mind you I have been in the industry for 15 years and and know what things look like when go the way they should. Thank you GM Luke and salesman Jim!!

Avoid Randy that was my salesman he was a lousy one at that I would not recommend this dealer it’s a waste of time and you never receive your prize with your winning number on the flyer they mailed to me so the flier said that I won one of three prizes 25,000 cash or a 70 inch TV or $100 gift card I don’t even think this dealership had a event coordinator was in there to days in a row never received my prize with my winning number he offered me a smart watch Well that was last month sale event I really wanted to buy the Dodge journey but he acted like I wasn’t going to get my price unless I did buy a car so I tried talking to sales manger by phone an he was as bad as randy so I never did Receive my prize an ended up Telling the suppose of sale manager that he could shove the Dodge Journey If I could post a picture of that flyer I would but it won’t let me I can’t figure it out but this dealership wasted two days of my time false advertisement Janky Janky sales man I ask Randy for a copy of the Carfax he tells me that cost money I couldn’t have a copy until I signed the deal Yeah if you got time to waste they will tell you anything to sell you a car don’t matter if it’s true or not even lies to my kid she wanted the prize she didn’t care 100 gift card or 70inch tv she would been happy with either one these guys r just fake liers an cheats wonder if anybody got there prize

I was pre-approval prior to going there I got there at 10:00 AM and didn't leave till almost 6:00 PM I was pre approval for one amount but when I got there they upped the amount by a few thousand. At 6:00 they finally called me into the office I signed all the paperwork and drove the car home I had it for 2 months then I get a call saying I need a co-signer and if not I need to bring the car back. They are full of xxxx please beware!!
