We always have a good experience when working with Harvard Ford. Whether it’s for a personal vehicle or a vehicle for our company we always feel like we are treated very well and our time is valued. Sean and his team are great to work with and make it so easy to purchase a new vehicle. They are not pushy at all and want to make sure you are happy with what you are getting and always go the extra mile. Alex did a great job with new vehicle delivery and made sure I was aware of all the new features in the new F-150 compared to the one I traded in. You get an elevated level of service when working with this group. We will continue to work with Harvard Ford whenever we are looking for a new car or truck.

Took my bosses Lexus in to be serviced and had them do a beginner detail. I’ve taken my vehicles to get detailed before and they didn’t come close to the job that Ford did in Harvard. Service managers are excellent have been always given a courtesy ride home and back. Keep up the good work.
