Do NOT engage with the “sales manager “ Brian O’Keefe. He will try to victimize you if you don’t read everything with his game of bait and switch. When you DO catch him at his own game he gets argumentative and disrespectful perhaps because a single woman caught him. How this person is a manager is beyond me. He acted like a spoiled child in front of myself, my son and all of his employees because I wouldn’t back down on what he promised me to get me back in to buy my car that my salesman had in the bag, I was just finalizing returning my existing lease. It was Dan, my salesman that I dealt with that did all of the hard work and Brian didn’t care if I walked out without the car. He clapped his hands at me and said he’d give me back my deposit when I told him the deal was off unless honored what he promised. That’s a “ sales manager?” Before this all happened Every time I tried to compliment Dan to him I was ignored. I’m still trying to figure that out. I told him that Dan was the best salesman I ever worked with and that I left a great review for him, he responded with, good now you can leave one for me. Again, that’s a sales manager? Brian O’Keefe shouldn’t be a manager of a hot dog stand, let alone of a business where people are investing thousands upon thousands of dollars.

Do NOT Do BUSINESS with them. I purchased a car from Nissan of Westbury 27 days ago. The car dies in front of my house. They did nothing to help me except give me an 800 number to have my car towed to them. I am disabled in a wheelchair and they were all aware of my situation . What scam artists they are ! And Andre asked me to write a review. Well here it is…They now wanna charge me $500 to put a new battery in the car under warrantee. They’re absolutely the worst they look you right in your eyes and lie to you. $2500 was charged to update the car as it was a 2021. They said the brakes, the tires, the batteries everything was updated and brand new. They charged $2500 for an extended warranty. Oh, and the nonexisting loaner car. Today is day four without a vehicle. Do NOT purchase a car from them. I will not stop until they resolve this issue and reimburse me for all the Uber rides that I needed to take to my doctors appointments and it’s not cheap because I’m in a wheelchair!!!!!!!!

His knowledge about the 2025 Nissan Pathfinder and all its features was exceptional. He walked me through everything and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my choice and if you are looking, I highly recommended going to Westbury Nissan and working with Daniel Ingard because he will go out of his way for his customers, during and after you drive away with your vehicle. I would definitely buy from him again..

Totally disappointing.
Totally disappointing. Drove 2.5 hr one way from Connecticut to look at a car listed for $12402 on cars.com. When arriving they told us the car was priced at $14397. Real sleazy sales guy too. Very annoying. Would never consider them again.
