Write a reviewMy experience with Auburn Chevrolet Buick GMC has been a most negative one. My calls to the sales manager have not been returned. They have my winter tires which they offered to switch out of my trade and return to me, as the salesperson, Brittany Crawford, promised me they would return to me within a few days. At one point she even offered to bring them back to me. Nothing has happened. I signed my car deal January 6th. I also asked for the manual which they said they had and would give to me with my tires and I have not heard anything about that. I made a request upon purchasing my vehicle from them which they have completely ignored. As soon as I got my car nobody wants anything to do with me. As far as I'm concerned they stole my tires. And they took advantage of me. Also, the sales associate delivered my car to me and as soon as we were done I left the room for a moment and she was out the door. Did not say thank you or even goodbye. Nothing. Not very good customer service and rude as far as I'm concerned. I would not recommend dealing with this place as nobody is interested and doing anything in the customers best interest. Meg Buck

Claimed the fuse in the power port was after market, excuse me the car was a lease! Car was two years old and had way under 20,000 miles why in the world would I lift a finger on a lease. I refused to pay and the manager made a HUGE stink out of it. I will NEVER set foot in that dealership again and I have told every person that I could to not go in there. Don't say you were not warned!

We went in with expectations that we may finally have a good experience, unlike the last 2 previous interactions I have had with the dealership. Wednesday (12/14/22) just proved that regardless of the name (Summit, Auburn, Fox, etc.) that the same players are in place and customer service has not changed. They tried to low ball our trade-in, only stated a few rebates were available resulting in a proposed rebate of $2000 off a New 2022, 45K Blazer. (Mind you this vehicle was slightly over 2 weeks away from being a model year old!) After the short test drive and an agonizing 1.5 hrs later of trying get detailed dollar figures, as well as getting yelled at by the sales manager (mainly because he realized that I was a contentious buyer...do your homework people), we left that night and went directly to Mcguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville. The customer service was outstanding, they gave us 4K more for our Acadia (without having to negotiate) than was offered by Auburn. They found our substantial GM rewards, secured our rebates and we picked up our New 2023 Equinox RS yesterday (12/15), for a lower payment than we were paying for our Acadia, and that included an 6yr. 100K extended warranty! There is a reason why Auburn Chevrolet has 2.5 Stars through Cars.com and Mcguire has 4.8 Stars! We have found a new home in Mcguire Chevrolet of Baldwinsville!

This place sucks I have bought 3 cars in the last 3 years the last car was a fight to get warranty stuff done and I gave them the benefit of the doubt with covid and lack of employment but I just bought my third car in August and have had some issues since I bought it now they won't call me back and can't get any reply on the website i even tried going threw the salesman left three messages and NOTHING well they lost a costumer for life I refuse to be treated like this! Stand behind you sales of get in a different line of buisness!!!!!!

bought a suv 7/2/'22, the salesperson told wife it had power tailgate, which i did not try,didn't try until later, my screw up,-- took it back, service said there is no power tailgate, never was, and it only took 1/2 hour to undercoat??, for $768.00???exterior only of frame,no interior panels BIG RIP off,DO NOT get under coating at this place couldn't get a carfax which we asked for or a custmer copy of mv50, sales hasn't returned calls

Absolutely the most unprofessional dealership I have ever conducted business at if that’s what was conducted. I’ll save you all the drawn out drama I went through just to explain what happened today! I got a call about my review and as soon as I answered the phone the woman was extremely upset and yelling over me. She called about the review but did not let me say a word about it. She told me all these amazing and great things they did for me but I did them myself by contacting corporate 11 times about my issue. Every time I tried to get a word in she got louder and more upset, so honestly she only called me to yell at me about a review she already had her mind made up about how perfect her dealership is so why call me ? If you already know everything why call me ? I have never in my life been talked to by a business like that. I’m still trying to understand why after a month has gone by and I had my issue fixed at a different dealership would you call me to yell at me. I see where her employees get there service skills. Customers always wrong it should say out front lol. If your wondering if you should use this dealership for anything, save your time and money and go elsewhere go anywhere but not there.

We put $500 deposit on a brand new truck at this dealership and waited for the truck to be delivered, once delivered we were told that someone had already put a deposit down on the same vehicle two days prior to our deposit and it wasn’t put into the system so we couldn’t buy the truck. The deposit ($500) we were supposed to get back, 2 weeks later and they told us it’s out of their hands and we still have not received it! The sales people found it amusing that we haven’t received our money back! I have NEVER had such a horrible experience!

We try to make each visit a positive one for our customers, sometimes unexpected delays happen that our our of our control. We had to wait a week for the transmission to come into stock from GM, and as you know replacing an entire transmission is not a simple job. Between the holidays and the suppliers being closed down for those days we thought we had a pretty good turnaround in tearing down your old transmission, finding the cause of the problem, ordering a new transmission, waiting for it to arrive and then installing the new one into your truck, 11 business days total. Andrew, again, thank you for bringing this experience to our attention.
