I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would strongly caution any military members against shopping here. I am active duty and attempted to register the vehicle in my home state since I am stationed here. I confirmed multiple times before purchasing that this would not be an issue. They told me it was fine. They even took a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. Then I received a call saying they could not process the out of state military registration and that I would have to register in New Jersey, claiming there were no other options. As a result, I ended up paying New Jersey sales tax and registration fees that I should not have had to pay. The vehicle itself is great, but the dealership’s preparation was sloppy. When I opened the cargo area after taking it home, I found garbage left behind from the previous owner. That tells me the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected or cleaned before delivery. It gets worse. My temporary registration was close to expiring and there were still no plates. I called the dealership and was repeatedly told by the finance department that they would call me back within the hour once things were sorted out. This went on for five days with no follow through. I finally asked for the general manager. He transferred me right back to the same finance representative, who then told me the lien code was incorrect and that I needed to contact the bank myself to fix it. There was a clear lack of knowledge, accountability, and communication throughout this process. If you are military and planning an out of state purchase, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Salesman said he would email me info and pricing on the vehicle I wanted but never did. Very disappointing as my previous vehicle (exact same model was total by a criminal under the influence) I was so happy to find the exact same model and details, but completely let down as I never got info, aside from the salesman absolutely sounding not interested in selling me the car because I wanted to pay cash and he was insistent I needed to finance. Sorry to say the car selling business is completely corrupt and dishonest

This was the worst new car buying experience Ive ever had. Hyundai City of Bay Ridge lured me in under the promise of selling a brand-new vehicle, but what I received was far from that and the paperwork later revealed they had sold it as used while pushing me into financing with double charges (yes, they did not honour the full promised discount).The car was delivered without a proper pre-delivery inspection, and it showed: it had scratches, dents, a broken door handle, a missing tire kit, and no full tank of gas. This is not how a new car should be delivered.When I raised concerns, they didnt own the issue instead, they kept calling me back in with vague reassurances but no real resolution. I also reached out to Hyundai USA, and was disappointed to see the lack of accountability at the brand level as well.This is not how you treat a customer. I trusted this dealership and expected transparency and basic professionalism. Instead, Im left with buyers remorse, a damaged vehicle, and a brand I no longer feel loyal ***** sharing this so others dont fall into the same trap read the fine print, and dont take their new car promise at face value.

I'd rate a 0 if i could. Made an offer on a car listed for $23.5k. and several issues immediately. That price is only if you pay $2k. down. Then, paperwork fee is high, ok, $499 while other dealerships are more like $175.. fine. and then... oh.. there is an $1895 pre-inspection fee... Highway robbery, unethical, and a scam. No wonder the bad reviews... I was going to ignore the reviews because the deal seemed good... but of course, the $23,500 car is actually $28k with just their fees! Avoid and look elsewhere. Found a nice one for $23,900 with a straight talking dealer and only fees are the $175 doc fees.

They force people to write good reviews. You are lucky if you escape and write what you really think. Mohammad tricked us to pay extra $5,000 for the finances car. Promised to correct his mistake but never did. Going to small claims court next week.

This review is for the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, in 25 years of purchasing/leasing cars. In summary, I was being attended to by a salesperson that showed me a price for the Santa Fe 2025 Calligraphy package I agreed to. I paid the deposit we agreed to and was ready to pay the monthly amount he told me of. After days of going back and forth we finally got to the financing office ready to sign the deal, when at LAST MINUTE I was told a completely different price than what we agreed to originally. Due to having paid a deposit already, I was not allowed to back on the deal. This is very unprofessional and simply not good business practice. I finally agreed to the price and picked up the car once it was delivered. They then gave me a car with the wrong tire pressure, and although the window sales sticker states the cross rails are dealer install, they were given to me uninstalled. Lastly, I was supposedly given new tires yet TWO DAYS after receiving the car and not driving much the entire rear left tire blew out while in park. The dealership would not take responsibility for the damages and I had to pay for the new tire out of pocket.
