I bought a car from here after 2 days the check engine light came on I reach out to them to have it resolved an no one show any from of interest an it’s been two weeks now an the car still not fixed

Called about a particular vehicle with attractive pricing in the morning and was told the vehicle was there and available. They made an appointment for me to come in. When I arrived all of sudden the vehicle is going through a pre inspection and not available. Just a gimmick to get you to come in to show you other. They are not forthcoming and use tactics that show they also have no respect for other people’s time.

Like all the other reviews, they are so bad at their jobs they need to show fake pricing online to get people in the door and ruin their day by saying the car is x amount more than internet price. They should be out of business.

I went there for my radio replacement they had me done in less than a half hour. They are very good technicians.

When I was getting ready to buy, they said that the published on-ine price was AFTER the trade in, and AFTER I financed from them. Then they wanted to value my trade at HALF of what other dealers would give. And when I tried to work with them for something better, they "ghosted" me. Truly they live up to their reviews on-line.v

Dealership raised the price by $3500 from internet price once I got there. I wasn’t informed of the increase until I drove an hour and a half prepared to make the purchase. With putting down $10,000 cash on a $14,300 Dodge challenger. Their reason was because I didn’t have a trade in so they could resell for profit. Very poor business management. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership. I was baited in by a false advertisement! Lesson learned.. stay away from this dealership!!!

I just wish there were a zero star appreciation. - Found a car, liked the price; - Called the dealer, asking if they were willin to negotiate lowering the price; - I was told: The Managers are willing to discuss the Price! - Drove 2 Hours, from New Jersey to Long Island … to be told by Nick (one of the Saturday Managers i guess … that THE ACTUAL Price was $3000 MORE! - Yeah, more, not less!!! I know there should be no loss in business, but LYING, TRICKING AND CHEATING like this!!! Naturally, i felt horrible, and I will keep bringing anywhere possible the dispicable ways of doing business of South Shore Mitsubishi!!!

WORST PEOPLE EVER. These guys will take your hard earned cash , sell you a car with glaring mechanical issues and laugh in your face when you demand accountability. Ignored my call for 3 days when I found out through my BMW dealership that they sold me a vehicle with a compromised engine ( turbo had a Frankenstein hack job done to it during their possession of the car ). I added a photo of two completely different screws - the black one has no business being anywhere near the turbo , and yet there it was. I also added a video I had a certified BMW technician take for me explaining and showing exactly the total recklessness and absurd standards South Shore Mitsubishi apparently endorses to make a quick buck. When I did get any type of response , the sales manager Khan , essentially diminished my concerns and questions. He didn’t take any type of responsibility and deflected from the very beginning DESPITE the VIN history and current evidence. He simply shifted the blame and ignored the facts. “Unprofessional “ would be a wild understatement to characterize his approach to this situation. These are professional scammers. Check out their Better Business Bureau reviews and see for yourself. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR, FAR away.

I came from Connecticut and worked with Shania and Pham at south shore Mitsubishi. They did and amazing job . They helped me selected a luxury suv. Glc 300 to be exact. I felt comfortable during the whole process. Shania and khan made sure that I hit exactly what I wanted , great numbers and rate. They even returned my rental at enterprise for . 10 out of 10 service. Ask for Shania
