SHANIA THE BEST IDK WHAT THAT SILLY BK LADY SAYING . Huge shout out to Shania for making our car buying experience so easy and stress free! My wife actually found her on Facebook Marketplace, and from start to finish she was amazing to work with. We ended up getting a 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander and couldn’t be happier with it. Also want to give a big thank you to Khan and Nico for all their help throughout the process. Great team, great service, and highly recommended if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

I had a horrible experience with this dealership I asked Shania for a OTD price for the vehicle she sent over her shady colleague who tried to bait and switch the asking price the was online. The manager Lucy is a freaking con artist that the owner Bibi hired to train the sales associates to get the customers into financial difficulties by leading them into financing and leases thousands of dollars more than what the car is worth so they can profit on the back end. Buyer beware!! I advise you to take your business elsewhere This dealership is very deceptive a lot of the reviews claiming great service are lies! This place is the devil playground!! Bibi the owner is profiting off of the ignorance of the customers Please boycott this place and take your business elsewhere!!!

The bait and switch was pulled. I went with cash to buy the car that was advertised. They would not sell to me unless I financed the car. When I was insistent they said the car has a mechanical issue and could not be sold. Only wholesale

They advertised a car online for $18,995 and I drove two hours to have a look. Found the car, but apparently it first needed to be serviced (front windscreen replacement). Fine, had a quick drive around and so far so good. Then, we got talking about the price: 'Oooh, well, no that price is if you trade in a car and if you finance through us'. Instead, the actual price of this particular vehicle was well over $22k. I pointed out the price they quoted online, on their own website, but 'oh no, I misunderstood', which apparently happened frequently because I was not the first. I then pointed out that if I'm not the first it's basically false or misleading advertising or at the least exceedingly unclear. 'Oh, well, that's a different department, I'm only in sales..' Afterwards I got ghosted--nobody returned my calls and did not live up to any of the promises they made (such as mailing, text or calling me about and with info and an actual Out-of-the-Door price). Don't waste your time with this dealership--this review and many bad reviews here and elsewhere should dissuade you from wasting your time with them, no matter how good of a deal they seem to want to make; they will try and screw you over.

If you are going to see the blue 2015 Audi Q7 3.0 over here with VIN: WA1CGAFE1FD015829 like I did the other day, don't bother. It is a bait car. Upon arrival I was told that it had to many issues to sell to the public, yet they have it listed on here. The saleswoman told me that cars.com just posts things automatically and they have no choice in what goes up on here, interesting. The sales woman then told me it was going to auction, so I asked to see the car anyway because maybe it was worth it for me to fix it as I purchase plenty of vehicles wholesale for business. She wouldn't even get out of the chair to get the manager to ask or let me see the vehicle. Very interestingly run business.

Called about a particular vehicle with attractive pricing in the morning and was told the vehicle was there and available. They made an appointment for me to come in. When I arrived all of sudden the vehicle is going through a pre inspection and not available. Just a gimmick to get you to come in to show you other. They are not forthcoming and use tactics that show they also have no respect for other people’s time.

Like all the other reviews, they are so bad at their jobs they need to show fake pricing online to get people in the door and ruin their day by saying the car is x amount more than internet price. They should be out of business.
