My experience with Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia has been nothing short of unacceptable, and this most recent incident crossed a line from poor service into outright negligence. My vehicle was brought in for its 35,000-mile service. I was unable to leave work, so my mother handled the appointment for me. Between the technician who worked on the car, the porter who parked it, and the service advisor who personally walked my mother back to the vehicle, multiple employees handled and had direct responsibility for ensuring the car was safe to leave the lot. Despite that, they failed to latch the hood. This is not a cosmetic mistake. This is a serious and potentially catastrophic safety failure. If my mother had entered the interstate and the hood had flown up at highway speed, it could have resulted in a devastating accident. There is no excuse for allowing a vehicle to leave a service department in that condition. Basic safety checks are the bare minimum expectation. This incident is consistent with the pattern of disappointment I have experienced since the day I purchased this car from this dealership. From the beginning, the level of professionalism, accountability, and customer care has been severely lacking. I deeply regret ever choosing to do business here. When a dealership cannot perform routine maintenance without creating a dangerous situation, that is a fundamental failure. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to think carefully before trusting this service department with their vehicle.

-00000/10 i would recommend. Don’t take your car there because they will try to make you pay for stuff you don’t need and try to take you off the family plan . I’ve been coming to them faithfully to get my car serviced for 3 plus years and now they want to take me off the family plan. I should’ve been wrote a review on Jessica but i was giving her some grace. They had me waiting on an oil change for over 2 hours and i had to come and check on my car….come to find out , she had been at her desk chit chatting and didnt even give my paperwork to the technicians. She had to end up giving me a free service that day. Save you some time and don’t get your car serviced there. I purchased a great car from there but i will take my services elsewhere. Thank you .

Did you know that the 2018 Rav-4 comes with a locking lugnut? Neither did I until my daughter had a flat 60 miles from home and called me. There was no key anywhere in the car to unlock the lugnut, and that Toyota dealership was the only one who ever worked on the wheels and tires. I had to have the car towed to the dealership on Saturday and wait until they opened today. Today, I spoke in person to the service manager. Do you think he cared. Nope. Said I bought it when it was Fred Anderson and not Peter Boulware. I had to pay for a replacement key. He was going to charge me to change the tire, and he tried to sell me a new set of tires. I was mad on Saturday because my daughter was left in an unsafe situation. Today I'm just disgusted, with the service manager, his attitude and audacity. I bought the lugnut key (the parts guy was very nice and understanding). Changed the tire on Peter Boulware's lot and left. Peter Boulware Toyota will never service that Rav-4 again, and I will never buy a Toyota or spend another dime with them. Ever. Another (local) business is getting my money for a set of tires and an alignment. So go find another job, customer service is not your calling.

While the dealership in beautiful. Will kept facility, as well sell reps do a wonderful job in showing a vehicle. Ive witnessed buying a car multiple times. The managers that come out with numbers, if you get them from this dealership have some of the worst attitude in the world. They are rude, condescending, horrible towards the sales reps, and dont listen to them. The one ive been put with seems to be grumpy from seven dwarves as he is mad at all times. Doesn't like to be bothered for anything. And is the worst of them all. If it wasn’t for the sales rep i would have walked and found another dealership

Salesperson,Robert Drake is a hard person to get help from, I was treated like a nobody when I went in to purchase a used car after I had bought a new Toyota Tacoma 2yrs earlier. Terrible experience, never do business with them again...

I had the pleasure of working with salesman Anthony and financial manager Justina! They both were great with making sure I got exactly what I came there to get. Super glad I stopped in when I did. I highly recommend this place if your really on the hunt for something new.

Kim Smith was amazing throughout my car shopping experience with Peter Boulware. She was very patient with me as I spent time researching and contemplating and was great about keeping an eye on cars for me. And Peter Boulware has the best deals around. I looked at multiple dealerships, and they had the best deals by far!
