Horrible experience at this dealership. I had a service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall. Arrived at the dealership before 8AM service was not complete until after 12pm My truck smelled of funk when I got in it to drive off. I had to pullover disinfect with Lysol and let all the windows down and open the sunroof to elevate the FUNK! That is not the worst part of my experience, for 3 hours of my wait, l set in a vehicle of the showroom floor and watched over a dozen salesman and manager come into work including watch them do their morning hurdle and inventory walk through inclusive of some kind of quasi military push-up punishment on the showroom floor by one of the sales associate. During the course of this, not one member of the sales team approached me to see if I had any interest in purchasing the vehicle, I was sitting in, or had the decency to even say hello. Absolutely the WORST experience, I have ever had at a dealership. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!

This is one of the “dealers” that give other dealers a bad name. I set up a deal for them and sent my parents up there. They gave my parents some low ball trade price and sold them a new Rav 4. Their Rav only had 48,000 miles on it and they gave them under 14,000 and selling it for 24,000. Basically rolled them for over 10 grand. They were actually a repeat customer too. This is how they treat older people. Stay far far away from this place. I wish I lived out there so I could have helped them.
