Bad service

Lia honda central ave service department scammed me out of $210 . I came in for a oil change and they rotated tires and did aliment. Without authorizing. 2 weeks prior I had brand new snow tires put on with aliment. There was no need for them to do any tire work. I called John Service manger and he said it was authorized because the paperwork to pick up the car was signed. I have receipts from tire company prior and will call the BBB .We were scammed! Shameful Lia shameful

Dear Bohdan, Thank you for your feedback. Here at Lia Honda we perform a complimentary fluid, battery and alignment check during the write up process of all cars that come in for service. On your vehicle we found the vehicle's alignment to be out of the manufactures specifications. At that time we showed the results of the alignment check to you along with the pricing on the alignment and tire rotation. Per your authorization the alignment was done but you declined the tire rotation. However, we did perform the rotation in error and have refunded the cost of that charge and honored the competitors coupon for the alignment fee. If you should have any questions, please let us know. Another great visit to Lia Honda

I never enjoy spending money on car maintenance, but have always felt that I've been treated very well at Lia Honda. It is a pleasure working with Wes Harrington. He has helped me on multiple occasions and I appreciate his help in making service decisions. PS while I do miss the jelly donuts, the fruit is also very nice.

CRV repair

I had a scheduled oil change and inspection, I was met by Rodney right away. He was very courteous and advised me of coupons which were applicable. Very nice of him-- the only issue is it took 1.5 hours-- I wasn't expecting this amount of time with a scheduled service--
