Although we usually find car shopping to be somewhat stressful and less than enjoyable because of pushy salesmen, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by our experience when dealing with Brown’s Jeep in Patchogue. Our salesman Bob Vestal, did a great job of listening to what we told him that we wanted, instead of trying to push their existing inventory. Then he went to work locating the vehicle that fit our exact request. Signing the deal with the finance manager Steven Figueiredo was handled quickly and smoothly, making the overall experience five stars for us. We would highly recommend this dealership.

My salesman was Kyle, he is very friendly, polite and not pushy. I came there unprepared to buy a vehicle and he took the time to help me thru it. We test drive many vehicles, he printed out side by side comparisons of each car for me. We went over options, pricing and what would be a good pick. After several hours of driving and comparing he found the best vehicle for me. I then met with Charlie in finance. He made that for quickly and just as smooth. I'm glad that I went here and will continue to.

When I walked in the door, I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. After I told Leo the type of car, he asked what color I was looking for. He searched his inventory and helped to find me exactly what I was looking for! I was able to trade my car in for a down payment and was given a very fair amount of. The financing was very easy and painless as well! I’m so happy with my new Jeep Compass!

Amazing costumer service, transparency on point and very straightforward. sales person Kyle Benson was amazing, very knowledgeable, very professional, always eager to help and make sure that i feel that my bussines matters. To the ONE stars that I see on the reviews, I disagree. They were very straightforward with me with the same situations if we're to happen so I'm pretty sure they were straightforward with everyone else. I totally recommend this dealership. Great team! And again ask for kyle Benson when visiting this dealship

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Brown’s Automotive Group due to ongoing service issues, unreasonable delays, and improper charges that have left me without reliable transportation while I continue to pay for my leased vehicle. First, the level of customer service I have experienced has been extremely poor. I was initially informed that my vehicle would not be seen for approximately six weeks, despite the fact that my engine warning light was on. It was only after I escalated the issue and strongly objected that my vehicle was taken in for inspection. Following this inspection, my vehicle failed the recall alert testing and was deemed “unsafe to drive.” As a result, I am now without my personal vehicle for an estimated six to eight weeks, yet I am still responsible for making lease payments during this entire period. While Brown’s Automotive Group has provided a loaner vehicle, it is not comparable to the vehicle I lease. Additionally, I am required to return and exchange the loaner every 500 miles. This policy has proven to be extremely disruptive. I received a loaner on Friday and was already required to exchange it again by the following Wednesday, creating unnecessary inconvenience and time lost. I have also been informed that I am expected to pay for an oil change that was required solely in order for Brown’s Automotive Group to perform the recall testing. I believe it is unreasonable for me to be charged for maintenance that was necessary to diagnose and address a manufacturer recall. Furthermore, I was charged $46 for gasoline under the claim that the loaner vehicle was provided to me with a full tank. This is inaccurate. The vehicle did not have a full tank at the time it was given to me, and I have a photograph of the dashboard documenting the fuel level. Overall, I have been left without my leased vehicle for an extended period of time, forced to manage repeated loaner exchanges, and charged for items I do not believe are valid.
