I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid there in February 2026 and could not be happier. I had the best sales experience ever with Javier, who is an incredible asset to the dealership. He was easy to deal with, listened, and was incredibly personable. I had done my homework on the car when I walked in, had driven it, and knew where I wanted to be on price. He picked up on all of this in our first conversation and came back with a fair price. Easily the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Even after delivery, he followed up to make sure I was happy with everything and helped me get some additional accessories I wanted. A+++ for Javier!

Dishonest crooks, lying and hiding money in fake line items to inflate the price. We agreed on a deal and when the final paperwork arrived (after refusing to let me leave for four hours), it did not match the deal. Then, the sales manager told me "everywhere you go will do this." Specifically, Francoise tried to screw us by being shady and left in the middle of a deal. Word to the wise, if they tell you "the computer won't let us show you how the money is broken out," they're cheating you. Not to mention, while youre sitting there all day waiting for them to do their job, they spent an hour coordinating a lunch hour. Im embarrassed I dealt with them so long

Bought a used Honda Pilot 2019 from this dealership 2 weeks ago, and it was the worst decision! After driving the car for four days, several messages appeared on my dashboard regarding radar issues with the vehicle. I went to the dealership, and they could offer no solution, telling me I was out of luck and that they couldn't help me. I would have to pay $1,800 to get a new radar. A horrible place: they don't care about losing a customer. Avoid going here because Tom and Frankie would just turn their backs if something went wrong with your car.

My mother is a loyal Honda driver for 20 years. We went in to get get a new lease, and Shammi took good care of us. He was professional and upbeat, and helped to make my mother make the decision that was right for her. He even spoke to the insurance company and helped to smooth that process. He was very patient with us and helpful explaining the differences in our options and next steps in the process. My mother is very happy - thank you, Shammi!

Shammi from the beginning had an inviting, personable and knowledgeable persona making me feel more comfortable in this purchase. He went above and beyond and worked so hard on getting me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I would highly recommend him and his services, and I look forward to working with him more as I encounter this new journey in my new Honda CRV. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it truly alleviated any anxieties I had about making such a big purchase/commitment. Blessed to have ended up here!
