I had an amazing experience working with my service advisor, Jay. He thoroughly explained what my car needed and what to prioritize. He informed me about the multipoint inspection process and told me he would let me know if there was anything that was an immediate concern. He kept me updated the entire time and made the experience stress free. I left feeling confident and well informed, I'd absolutely return and recommend him to family and friends!
