Rob Carlson was friendly and approachable, making the entire experience feel personal rather than just a transaction. The team was incredibly professional and efficient. From the very start when we walked in to the day we took delivery it was a real luxury experience. Our salesman Konstantin was so knowledgeable and patient and never pressured us at all. He walked us through many different cars and we finally made a choice. The finance manager Diane was great and so was Jennifer who walked us through all that the car does. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Martin was extremely professional and transparent for my first phone call to me signing the papers for my new vehicle. He took the time to speak with my husband and I making sure that we understood everything in regards to the purchase. After dealing with a few other dealers, it was a refreshing change to have someone who made you feel like he cared about more than his profit. Thank you very much Martin for all your time and attention.
