Hi Chad I wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done — not just recently, but over the past 21 years. You always like to mention how long we’ve known each other, and it’s true: your help, your concern, and your consistency have never wavered in all that time. I’ve always felt that you look out for me and for my car with the same care you’d give to your own family, and that means more than I can say. Thank you for guiding me through the purchase of the Michelin Defenders and making sure they had the proper shelf life. You didn’t just help me buy tires — you helped me make the right decision for a car that deserves the best. Thank you as well for the car‑wash coupon, and for insisting I bring the car back so you could personally detail the tires and mag wheels. That level of pride and precision is rare, and I appreciate it deeply. I’m also grateful that you lifted the car to check for a nail when I thought I might have picked something up on the way back. I’m relieved nothing pierced the tire, but I’m even more grateful that you took the concern seriously and verified it for me. Your thoroughness and patience never go unnoticed. As you know, this 1998 Acura 3.0CL is not just a car to me — it’s a legacy vehicle from Acura’s golden era, one of the best cars they ever built. It was engineered during a time when Honda and Acura were at their peak: clean design, mechanical honesty, perfect proportions, and a driving feel that modern cars simply can’t replicate. The 3.0CL was never meant to be a collectible, yet it aged into one — quietly, gracefully, and without ever trying too hard. That’s why I’ve worked so hard to preserve her, and why she deserves the respect we’ve both given her. She’s a rare survivor now — a grand‑touring coupe with a timeless silhouette, a smooth V6, and a level of build quality that has outlasted trends, fads, and entire generations of cars. The new Michelins look perfect on her, and your help made that possible. Thank you again for treating both me and the car with such care, respect, and consistency over all these years. Five stars for the parts rep who connected me to Jeorgio, and Jeorgio himself. 3 stars overall for the service department because of the initial service rep I spoke to, either genuinely not knowing how to handle my situation, or for him just being lazy.
