My experience at Hempstead Ford was absolutely stellar from start to finish. From the moment I first walked in to look at a vehicle, all the way through pickup day just a few days later, the entire process was quick, seamless, and genuinely pleasant — which is incredibly important to me when purchasing a vehicle. A special thank you to Rick, who was outstanding throughout the entire experience. His professionalism, responsiveness, and communication were exceptional. He was always quick to get back to me, answered every question thoroughly, and made the process stress-free from beginning to end. On the day of my appointment, everything was organized, punctual, and ready to go exactly as promised. It’s rare these days to find a dealership experience that feels this efficient, straightforward, and customer-focused. Salesperson: JC/Service advisor: Will/Mechanic: Angel/Parts Maria I recently had my Ford Edge in for service. My mechanic was Angel who was able to diagnose & fix the problem in a short amount of time. I have such confidence in the talent that exists at this Ford dealership. The staff is/has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. (constantly keeping me in the loop) Its always a pleasure coming here. One of the best parts, getting my car washed after service is completed! Thank you Hempstead Ford

The service department was wonderful. They took me right away even though I was a half hour late for my appointment due to the fact that the Southern State was closed.

Bought a CPO 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label my sales rep was Carmine Randello and Carmine was above and beyond good.Had a little service repair issue early on Carmine set me up with Kim in service.Whole process was from sale to repair was hassle free.Thank You Carmine and Kim
