I am less than a week out of purchasing my brand new Lexus TX with the help of Frank Politi. From start to finish the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I had to wait a few weeks for the car to be delivered and Frank kept me up to date every step of the way. When the car arrived it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and Frank even called to see how I was doing after the purchase was final. It was truly like shopping with family who want you to make the right decision for you, and not just pushing a sale. I cannot recommend Frank Politi enough!

Went for scheduled oil change, technician went over the vehicle carefully, recommended new battery which was installed. Work was done efficiently. Good service although replacement battery was obviously more expensive than a AAA replacement. Will continue using the dealership.
