Shirley was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly. Priscilla was professional, efficient, and very helpful with all the paperwork. She made the financing process easy to understand and seamless. Mason was also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and supportive from start to finish. The whole team made me feel valued and well taken care of. I really appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

Having Mike Elder and his team relocate to Manhasset is a proverbial wish come true! As a local resident, I couldn’t be more pleased. I currently lease two vehicles from their former Queens location, where their pricing was truly unbeatable — and, just as importantly, their level of service was second to none. It’s an absolute pleasure to have Mike and his team now right here in my backyard. Extending a warm welcome to him and his incredible staff. BTW, I just got into a new car - Thanks Mike!

I took my vehicle here in June and was told everything

I took my vehicle here in June and was told everything was resolved, which it wasn't . Not only are they unprofessional and non-responsive, I received a pending charge today from them, which I will be disputing .So after months of not responding to my calls and emails they decide to try and charge me for gas for a loaner vehicle when the service manager advised me when I returned the vehicle that there were no additional charges. They are so corrupt. Never resolved my initial concerns about my vehicle but obviously they lack integrity trying to sneak in a charge months later.Beware and go elsewhere!
