Lexus rx350
It's easy to see the RX 350 as a pleasant place to spend a long road trip. It has comfy seats with available intelligent heating and cooling, the cabin is quiet and serene, and the ride is mostly smooth. We say "mostly" because this current- generation RX favors control over pillowy softness.

Bay Ridge Lexus, is a very friendly place you want to purchase your next vehicle from. They hospitality was great! Andre Hooper the sale representative was very informative about the car and the financial, although he had to keep going back in fourth with the finance James, because what I wanted However I settled for a brand new 2017 RX 350. The WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE I will spend my money elsewhere
I wanted to buy a 460l out right I called left messages 17 times and was spoken to very rude. I have a choice where I spend my money. I took a look at the reviews and now understand why.

Your whole team needs Customer service training. When the phone rings that is a customer which helps pay the bills. Steve tried his best to get them to help me . My business will go to another dealer when a customer states they wan t to buy that is why you hire sales staff period.
