It’s difficult to recommend this service department after
It’s difficult to recommend this service department after this last visit. The staff is polite and helpful, the wait area comfortable. Oil change and tire rotation were completed quickly. On my way home I checked tire pressure via my dashboard and the recommended 31 psi tires were 28, 27, 26, 26. Even though outside temp was about 45 degrees, psi should be higher and, in any case, should all be the same! That difference was going to flag an error each time I start the car. Who rotates tires without topping them off? What really has me questioning whether to return to this location is that prior to the service my dash showed that SAME tire 2 psi higher than the lowest, leaving me to wonder if they rotated them at all. I had to drive back to the dealership for them to correct the pressure. I will likely go to a different dealership next time; It’s a shame because this is the closest one to my home. I am disappointed.
