The overall process went very smoothly. Bruce Lichtenfeld was extremely helpful in tracking down a truck that had the features I wanted along with the color. Bruce followed up multiple days with me till he found a truck that fit my requirements. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from your dealership and I would definitely come back.

Schepel made buying easy!

Both purchasing and servicing at Schepel was pain free. They worked with us on our trade in and the price on the car. Financing offered excellent rates as well. We just had the first service oil change done before a road trip. The servicing department was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Their facility was super clean and comfortable enough for me to get some work done from my laptop. Highly recommend!

Couldn?t be better, great service

Called Duane and he was very helpful getting me scheduled based on my availability. Took me right in on arrival, spent time after repair telling me how to use the controller, etc and I was on my home well satisfied!

Mr Dennis McDonald

An engineering problem of about 50 dollars that Buick and Schepel would not fix. Also lied about extended warranty covering this. Maybe time for a new dealer and cars

Elizabeth, I'm sorry your vehicle was out of factory warranty and your extended policy did not cover your lug nuts. This area is prone to changing climate which over years can cause corrosion and expansion of aluminum chrome cap covered lug nuts. Please rethink staying a customer of ours and Buick.
