Brought my EV6 in for a repair.

Brought my EV6 in for a repair. Turned out to be more involved than I expected but the team at Kia of Riverdale handled it no problem. They diagnosed it right the first time which honestly isn't always a given at a dealership. Service advisor kept me in the loop the whole time, no surprises on the bill, no upselling, just got the job done. Car drives great now, noticeably better than when I brought it in. I've dealt with a lot of dealership service departments over the years and they're not always a great experience. This one was solid start to finish. Would definitely go back.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!!!!? This dealership takes advantage of disabled retirees … they knowingly sell vehicles with defective and unsafe break systems to save money … they tell you it’s just a light that needs to be reset …. Scammers

Stefan and Tito were wonderful.

Stefan and Tito were wonderful. I would definately recommend this dealership. They answered all my questions and worked with me meet my requests. They made both the sales and finance process very easy.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! This dealership is extremely deceptive and not transparent with prices at all. They, specifically the salesperson Jonathan, take advantage of first time car buyers and tack on $5k+ hidden fees. Also once you buy the car, they are also extremely hard to reach and don't answer your messages. I was lied to about when my car would be ready and was ignored when I tried to follow up with any questions and concerns with the car. Extremely unprofessional behavior and a horrible experience. Do not come here.

I tried calling that number and was transferred to 3 different people, none of which were the General Manager. They said the General Manager does not accept phone calls and only emails, but that I had to speak to my sales manager first. Another sales manager transferred me to Jonathan and the line rang and then I was hung up on. I tried calling again immediately after and they said all sales managers were in a meeting. This clearly was a lie as I had spoken to another sales manager 2 minutes prior. They took down my information, said they would call me, and never did. It's been 5 hours. Clearly your employees do not value the communication and transparency you claim. Also, the fees were not broken down for me when I signed. The MSRP was $23.7k and when I signed the only fees listed were taxes, GAP, registration, and doc fee. The document lists the selling price at $29.2k. With the taxes & fees I mentioned above, over $5,000 is still missing and not listed out for me anywhere. It never was. I have the documents to prove it. I have submitted a complaint to the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and will continue to be reaching out over this issue until I get answers. Oh, and on top of this, I was given the wrong weather mats. They do not fit in the car properly. I reached out to Jonathan about this days ago and was also ignored. Horrible experience all around.
