Awesome dealership from start to finish. Incredibly personal staff throughout the organization. Our sales rep Joe Henderson truly has great knowledge, personal skills, efficiency, and stays one step ahead to make the process seamless. Can’t say enough good things about Joe and the entire staff over at Key. Not a hard sell by any means which I certainly appreciate. I purchased a 2024 AT4 3500 for my business as my personal truck and I absolutely love the truck. Highly recommend Joe and the entire buying experience at Key.

These guys were absolutely awesome we've been looking for 3 months for the right truck that had certain things on it. My salesman was Alex an was awesome. I asked multiple questions an if he was unsure he got right back to me. We live 3.5 hrs away an did want to waste out time. The sales manager an credit guy was also awesome we drove away with a really nice truck they made it a great experience. Yes I would travel again to buy from these guys. Well worth the time.

At the end of the day we purchased a car from here but it was after a challenging sales process. Neither the sales manager or the sales rep paid any attention to me, the wife, when my husband and I were in the dealership. Always deferred to him even though it was very clear that this car was for me, that I was the one making the purchasing decision, and at the end of the day I was the one to sign the check. After three visits they still didn’t remember my name but could always remember my husbands. Definitely would recommend that they reflect on how they work with female buyers and hopefully put efforts forth to hire female sales reps.

Salesman wanted me to put 2000 down on a new vehicle. I couldn’t do that , which was going to kill the deal. He came back with a thousand down. I could do that and I bought the vehicle. Came to find out they didn’t pay my Vermont tax and that was the additional 1000. Felt very misled. Probably my last car from them.

Always go out of their way to help their clients. Also fair priced! I have tried dealing with other dealerships and I just can?t. Newport?s the only one I will deal with. Thank you to your team for making the buying process and the service process so easy!

Zero stars. Either shoddy or nonexistent service. Brought the car in for 1 wheel heating up, was told they couldn't reproduce driving 5 miles. Must have been a rock. I leave and drive 5 miles, the wheel is hot to the touch. I don't think they even checked it, just tried to sell me a brake cleaning service that somehow costs double what everyone else In the area charges. I wouldn't go back even if it was FREE. Turns out they missed a bad wheel bearing through multiple test drives as well, even after I specifically mentioned the noise. Additionally, they won't sell me the bad wheel bearing, and instead require me to come in to have it installed. Unbelievable.

Bennett in service was absolutely amazing when my car was recently in the shop for over a month. He was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and to help as best he could, in a very difficult situation.
