Bought a nice 2021 Ford f-150 from salesman Troy who was easy to work with. Very helpful all along and willing to address my questions courteously. A most pleasant, comfortable experience. I highly recommend truck world.

Bought two vehicles buying process was not as smooth as it should have been. Overall experience wasn’t terrible. Finance manager was great! Salesperson was gracious. Trailered a vehicle and drove one the trailered vehicle was leaking fluid when we got it home last night. So we will see how service after the sale is if there’s a major issue.

Did they have lots of trucks to choose from? Yes Did we find a great truck to buy? Yes And that's where it stops. NO service after the sale. We were promised a bedliner and while waiting for the installation, a car to drive. NEITHER happened. We were quoted a price of $300 for the bedliner. Actual price.........$525. We were told it would take 3 hours to install. Actual time...............7 hours. We didn't get the bedliner. We drove from Park City each time to be told "My manager says I can't.........." Buy your truck elsewhere IF service matters to you.

I was having a hard time finding a truck in my area so I open up my search and started to shop online. Troy was a great salesman and made this a very quick and easy process. He was able to get me a walk around video of the truck, helped me pay for my flight out to Utah from California, picked me up from the airport and had the truck dialed and cleaned up when I got into the store. They team was on point from the very first call to me driving off their lot. I respect a well organized and smooth process and I would highly recommend these guys to anybody considering shopping out of state.

We worked with Tyler at the Centerville Utah Store and was very impressed with his work ethics and knowledge of the vehicles !! Tyler was very knowledgeable and very friendly!!! I got the truck I wanted for a fair price. Good customer support. Had the truck for a couple months now and it still runs.
