Write a reviewAbsolutely the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle from them about 6 months ago, and the vehicle is now dead on the side of the road. They knew the vehicle had issues. Brought the vehicle in for service and never got the issue fixed after many times being dropped off. Let alone without a loaner vehicle (Same story every time..."ALL our loaners are out with transmission issues" says the service guy) and living over an hour away was hard to accommodate. The 2 gentlemen in service department are extremely rude and should not have a job there. Gary the advisor just sits there and talks about customers as soon as they walk away from his counter. Who sells a vehicle to someone knowing that it has issues and then they basically tell you, you're on your own to get it repaired. I got a quote for the repair and it's going to cost more than 7K to get it fixed. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them ever! I will make everyone I know to be aware of how this dealership screwed me over and NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I wish I would have reviewed the past reviews before purchasing this vehicle. I will now have to get my lawyer involved and take them to court to get this settled.

Poor communication skills, sold a vehicle while i was in the process of purchasing. Roger who claimed to be the owner after multiple requests to speak to someone higher up continued to deny my request stating he was the manager there was no one higher for me to speak to.

I purchased a 2019 Chevy Colorado from Whittaker Ford 2 years ago. Biggest pile of s*** I’ve ever bought! Overheats non stop but they couldn’t find ANYTHING wrong with it. Same thing they told me for the first year about how LOUD it was until I took it to valvoline for oil change…who said it was blowing oil everywhere. Whitaker finally changed Rear Bearings🙄 Year & 1/2 they made me feel like they thought I was stupid. Told em from day one it was too loud & something was up. At that time they also changed the A/C compressor clutch….which was working prior to them changing it. Low & behold when I got it back it was still overheating like crazy & I had no A/C. I brought it back to Whittaker for an oil change & to look at the AC and they now tell me I have a Freon leak that will require the front 1/2 of truck to be removed 3+ hours of labor & parts & of course nothings covered🤬I HATE THIS PLACE. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy nothing but trouble since the day I bought this thing🙄 a total freaking headache… go to your hometown and buy a car they said.😡 Posting on behalf of Christine Snyder

The overall rating of "5" for Whittaker Ford of Williamson, NY, in my opinion, is well deserved. From the beginning to the end of the process, all involved were exceptional in their knowledge, attention to detail and customer satisfaction (willingness to go the "extra mile"-i.e-waited until after closing time for me when I was 20 minutes late for the first appointment on the holiday weekend). The whole vehicle purchasing process went "smooth as silk". I would definitely go to Whittaker Ford first for my next purchase. Anyone looking to purchase another vehicle, even if you're content with your present dealership/salesperson {"Awesome" job Eric Cross-Brand Specialist), should give Whittaker Ford of Williamson chance to give you the "best deal" and "overall customer satisfaction".
