Charles James was our salesguy and he was very professional and took the time with us. Felt very confident in our purchase and he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.

I love coming in to Kia Matthews of Greece for service. I feel like they value me as a customer and I don't mind needing a service appointment when I'm there. Brent and Nick and the team have always been great! I enjoy getting welcomed in the garage by the greeter and my car beautifully washed when I pick it up! I especially appreciated the use of a loaner this time when it was needed.

Appointment made was quick and got in within a week. Waited for vehicle and it took about the time they said.

Great service! It's great being able to work while the car is being serviced and the waiting area has everything I need. Washing the car for me is a nice extra too.

Inspection and tire rotation hour and a half wait with appointment. An hour and a half wait is a little too long of a wait for that especially seeing I already had an appointment and I was waiting. not a huge deal But an area for improvement

I wait while they perform my services and enjoy a cup of coffee & watch TV. They also wash my car. They explain what has to be done. Very polite.

Very professional, through in any explanations needed. Accommodating in any needed rides. I always appreciate the wash after they are done.

I came in for a recall notice I received in the mail. When I got there I was told the recall didn't affect my care because I didn't have a trailer hitch. They did put air in my tires and topped of my windshield fluid. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Your employees are very knowledgeable and service is always good. It’s easy to book an appointment and I don’t have to wait too long.
