I drove 6 hours to look at a vehicle.

I drove 6 hours to look at a vehicle. Spoke with the internet manager multiple times. When we arrived the air conditioning did not work in the car. I was very disappointed that they couldn’t even take the time to check the vehicle over and let me know if any major concerns. They were aware of how far I was driving. Then after I drove the car and let them know that the air was not working, they didn’t even offer to fix it, come down on price and let me fix it or anything. Just kind of , “Oh well.” Will never go back to this dealership.

Hello.

Hello. This message is for the Service Department not one particular person. My vehicle was towed in to this dealership because it would not go forward or backward, it needed an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced and there was a mystery coolant leak. I had to call to get updates twice because no one would return my call, so communication was very poor. When I finally spoke to someone they informed me that they could not find anything wrong with the coolant system. I asked about the transmission issue and they had to talk to someone. They then asked me about the tire key for the tire rotation. After another phone call they informed me that the transmission needed replaced to the tune of 8K. The dialog was very vague. When I got to the dealership to speak with them, it was still very vague on what was wrong, however, they charged me for an oil change and diagnostic. I am confused as to why they would look at anything else BEFORE they checked the transmission. So, I ended up paying over $300 for an oil change and a diagnostic hook up to check the coolant. I am sorry that I stopped going to Etter Ford in Crawfordsville. Their service team was top notch. They would not have done anything before checking with me. I feel that this dealership took advantage of me and if my husband were alive he wouldn't have paid the bill. I can not trust a dealership that takes advantage of a widow woman. This is the same review I am going to post online.

They are trying to sell a vehicle that has massive rust

They are trying to sell a vehicle that has massive rust holes in the frame as a good deal and do not disclose this to anyone before coming to look at it. It is a danger to test drive. The rear leaf spring shackle brackets were completely rusted and broken off the frame, as well as several large holes. They do not care at all about their customers safety.
