Mustafa rasoul has bad customer service. Mustafa is a cool person but just there to get paid he is not aware of the condition of the vehicle that was sold to me at my knowledge. My ram 3500 had bad ball joints on both sides rotors mounted to truck from the heat. This is only a day or after purchase and this repair was costly. All the documentation I was told to sign stated everything was up to date which was a complete lie. Mustafa sold me the truck barely communicated with me and won?t answer call or txt most of the time endless is convenient for them. This location is 14350 Richmond hwy Woodbridge Va 22191

Meraj Zia Bad service truck is okay. I test drove this truck at low speeds on the road then shortly onna highway with traffic. New experience with trucks I bought the truck brung it back to Maryland for inspection and they told me that the truck had badd ball joints I let maraj Mia know explain my whole situation and he refused to replace it when they made me sign agreement stating that all parts on truck was up to date and fully repaired.

My experience was fair. Mine was a simple purchase of a used vehicle. We had agreed on price, and I went armed with a cashers check pending my inspection of the truck. I agreed to purchase. The process took about three hours because I had to go through the "extended warranties and "protection services" that I told them I wasn't interested in. I get it, these deals are a big part of the profit in that business, but I wasn't interested. They didn't push too hard but still a time consuming process. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience other than time consuming.

Excellent care during my purchase. I couldn?t ask for more! Sami was attentive to MY needs, not pushy, and detail oriented. He made sure everything worked as it should and that I was entirely satisfied with my new car and comfortable driving it. I would definitely recommend his service to others.

Salesman Danieil Monzon was excellent and helpful will give him 5 stars. Finance Department tried to add on services which I declined numerous times then atmosphere went from nice to awkward. When signing my paper all I heard was silence not even a smile or congratulations. I will recommend Daniel Monzont he salesman he was awesome.

Not willing to work with people from out of town to purchase Vehicle wanted to give a down payment for 2019 CT6 Cadillac I was told our policies doesn't aloud that bad business. The weather was bad this past Saturday so i could not go test drive car. call Monday 1/12/26 car sold Do better Koons
