I requested a NYS Safety Inspection. The dealership subsequently sent me a text advising 6 “safety items failed” requiring immediate attention and my approval of the services required. They claimed my brakes were worn and my spark plugs needed to be replaced. The same dealership changed both my brakes and my spark plugs two months ago. Their inspection was false and fraudulent!

Very slow and non-caring attitude telling him a story after the story I was there for an oil change it took three hours. I seen people come and go and I just sat there.
