Bad attention from finance manager Lisa Cristhoper.

Bad attention from finance manager Lisa Cristhoper. I received racist comments from him, for not knowing how to speak the language. After paying, he threw the card on the table. I came close to rejecting the vehicle and not buying anything.

Ony was not knowledgeable about credit acceptance.

Ony was not knowledgeable about credit acceptance. He tried to sell us a car that wasn’t even inspected and had clear body damage. He was very rude at the end when he realized he was not getting a sale.

I had a wonderful experience with my service advisor. I am very satisfied. Great personality. I got updated all the time. Great service and a big plus as well was my car got washed nicely. Glad that my car was in his care. Thanks to my service advisor, to the technician and to all that took good care of my car. Definitely 5 stars.
