Very prompt responses , up front about possible issues with the vehicle, vehicle sold before I could make the deal, but would reach out again if the right vehicle was on their site.

Was treated like family! Tiara was the best! You should give her a raise or bonus! She is a good rep for your company and a guideline for the rest to follow!

My experience at Porsche Chantilly has always been exceptional. The sales and service staff are the best I have ever dealt with over my more than 20 years of Porsche ownership. They are like family and always make sure they take care of your car like it was their own. The technicians are the best around and you can’t find a better group anywhere. It is easy to see how Porsche Chantilly was recently named a Premier Porsche Center for 2025. They were ranked 5th out of 29 Premier Centers. Congrats to Shahid and his staff!!

Dealer rep Sean and I agreed on a price for a used 911. I asked about making a deposit to hold it while I got financing together. I called back two days later and he said it was sold to someone else for a higher price. He blamed it on his being off a day, someone else selling it…whatever. I left a message for sales manager, and got no reply. Organization showed complete lack of integrity.
