Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. I came from out of state, 2.5 hours away to view a car only to have 8,300 added to the listed price. Communicated with the dealership multiple times before where they had every opportunity to tell us the correct price, but allowed us to drive all the way there in the hopes of conning us into a sale. If you want a genuine dealership stay away

This place is terrible. I will never in my life so much as even look at it. Worst experience I ever had buying a vehicle. I wish I listened to the other reviews. All of them were spot on. Be very careful here, check all fine print and numbers before signing anything. Shady AF. Im an still very confused how the finance manager even has a job dealing with customers. This guy belongs in a cubicle somewhere away from people. I never even write reviews good or bad but people need to be aware of this type of place. Bottom line if they were selling vehicles half price I would definitely still go somewhere else!!!

I walked in one day, and everyone working there was really friendly and welcoming. The process on their end was quick. They were excited to show me the car I wanted, and I was able to drive it home that same day. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service!

Horrible Experience. Confirmed twice car had 48k miles before I drove 5 1/2 hours to buy the car. Test drove car and the car odometer was 68k. They said oops sorry. Didn’t offer anything off. Buyer beware.

Worst dealership I've ever come across. Everything told to me was either misleading, wrong or just a lie. Phone calls going unanswered. Totally ridiculous and inflated fees. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership. No matter what they tell you (it will be a lie) it never be worth going here.

I'm still waiting on a bunch of things. Every time I call this dealership they keep saying they'll get back to me. This place is awful. Do shop here, unless you like to be mislead or flat out lied too. The temp registration expired over two weeks ago and the updated one which the sales manager chris said would arrive on the 5/4 is not here. I now have a car I cannot drive. They sent a courtesy letter which doesn't mean shit!!!! I want a refund of the bullshit servic fee which was $3999. There's absolutely no way this dealership put $4k into this car before I bought, a lie. And want a refund for the document fees including the dmv fees because it really seems as though they didn't do anything. They claimed to go over the car, another lie. A couple of miles down the road after I left the dealership I had to out air in one of the tires and the 12v power outlet does not work. What the hell did they do to go over this car, pour water over it to make it look like it was washed? Nothing about this dealership is anywhere near close to being good. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
