Route 17 Mitsubishi

My father took 8 hours out of his day to come to this dealership. I paid $335 out of pocket for a third-party inspection they coordinated. I got pre-approved for financing at their request — even though I offered to pay cash. Their own staff emailed me on April 2nd saying "I have some great news, call me back ASAP." That same day, they sold the car to someone else without a single word to me. When I followed up, the salesman admitted in writing that his sales manager was aware of other interest in the car and deliberately chose not to take my deposit. No call. No text. No chance to respond. They wasted my father's time, pulled my credit, took my inspection money, and then sent a "great news" email while closing a deal with someone else behind my back. I have every text, every email, and the receipt. Still waiting on a response from them.

Beware used car buyers, this dealership charges $4,000 for pre inspection done to used car. So you will basically have to negotiate a discount not on the listed price but on this inspection charge. End up not buying the car that i wanted. Not a good experience for me specially being an hour away

I love my sales rep. He was extremely helpful and understanding to my concerns. He was able to get me the car I was interested in and at a perfect price for me. Thx!!

I truly love these folks, they're wonderful! I got my car from them, and then my daughter, my two sons, and my cousin all followed and bought theirs there too LOL They are such great, honest people who really care about their customers. Thank you guys!!

I had the best experience at this dealership. They did an excellent job to make me happy with my purchase. The whole team worked together very smoothly on a busy Saturday with a lot of costumer in a dealership. I can recommend Route 17 Mitsubishi dealership, they are the best I had ever have business with.

Experience was good and when asked that after service I see some scratch ,they able to paint that and able to fix it without any complaints.Their manager is so good and whole team.thank you

It's a pretty Busy dealer with some amazing and respectful workers. Only if the process time could be ameliorated.

DO NOT COME HERE TO BUY A CAR!!! If I could give negative stars this is what I would give. I purchased a vehicle and I can not drive the car because they refuse to complete the paperwork for the title and registration. My car is over 2 weeks past the temp they give you for 30 days and no response from anyone in this dealership. Read other reviews because it is the same complaint. I specifically dealt with the general manager Chris and he does nothing. Supposedly he's in meetings and with customers all day that he can't return emails or calls. They take your money and don't process anything. Local police even knows that this is an issue in this dealership as they have had many complaints about the same problem and they can't do anything about it!! Absolutely awful experience and still unresolved!!

Brandon was cool but the manager has a stink attitude, I almost left this place he needs to better as a leader. In addition, they need to cut out the hidden fees in the deals, if I didn't travel that far and liked the car that much I would've been gone straight up they've gotta be better they were lucky to get my sale but I know they won't be lucky on another day getting someone else's sale.
