life time warranty 2 weeks for service appointment for brake line leak there almost 3 months told 4 times it would be done next week then in three days then next week then 2 days called 6 to 7 times they never call me still waiting worst dealership on long Island if not the worst in the state

Had a salesperson call me back to tell me that the online price was a mistake , and it was actually $2000 higher- Oh, and there was a $1000 prep fee ?? so looking at a $3000 price difference ??? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.... These car dealerships are such xxxxxxxx ... Whatever happened to posting a price and that is the price ????

saw a 2021 Altima online - so I reached out to them ... Th online rep said a salesperson would call me back . When the salesperson called me , he is telling me that this online price was a mistake, then told me that it was actually $2000 higher . And there was a $1000 prep fee ??? Don't bother with this dealership ... crooks

Horrible
I wish I would have read these before taking my car in for being serviced. It’s taking two weeks for them to get a part in, and they tell me I’m number 11 on the emergency rental list. We are going on week 3, and they don’t know when the part will come in. Never again.

WARNING!! Avoid this place!!!
Called Bill Divolio and he was cocky when I asked if oil changed that performed that was part of package I bought from previous owners. Guy acted like he didn’t have to honor my essential care oil change package because he is a new owner and proceeded to tell me with an attitude that I can go to ANY dealership. The oil change was not recorded on my work order and so I asked for paperwork confirming that it was done. I will bring to mechanic to check to see if there is new oil and filter. It’s sad that I have to check because I don’t trust them AT ALL! They are only nice when things go their way, but if you have any problems, they get an attitude and talk to you like a fool. I also noticed repair order has wrong email address that I needed to correct. AVOID THIS PLACE AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.

Horrible staff.
Horrible staff. Found out that I would have had to pay an extra 1,500.00 at signing because they told me I had incentives as return customer. When I went to other dealer they were furious, and the nice salesman Wayne turned into an angry, hostile person. Greg the credit Manager gave me a totally hard time reversing the credits so I could get them for another dealer. Said he couldn’t do it, which was false as I called the help hotline. One click of the mouse and it was done. When it came time to credit my deposit he made me wait. Lots of whispering and dirty looks. This place is horrible! Never go there!

I wish I had read reviews first but since the car was sixth from dealership I didn’t think necessary No due deligence on financial misleading and no respect of customer I feel that they rolled over me because I am a senior citizen I wish I had gone elsewhere. The BBB interested in my complaint.

Hi Carol, Thanks for taking the time to rate us. We respected you in everyway. We are sorry that the payments were higher this purchase cycle. We hope that your situation improves the next time you are in the market for a new car.
It should be obvious to you that you will not be involved with my next car. The payments monthly were never the issue , the issue was the down payment and the $500 I have to hold the car. Previously only a $100 was requested . Than you kept that money instead of using it towards the down payment. And I didn’t feel respected one bit and I am tuff skin.
I can’t believe that you turned my entire complaint on to me insinuating that I couldn’t afford the cat . The cost was not my issue my issue was disrespect and I think because you just wanted to get the old lady in and out of your hair. This disrespect is under scored by the simple fact that I called and emailed shortly after doing business in August and it is only now in October that you reply. I hope that when it is time for scheduled service work there won’t be a problem.
