Went to this dealership 3 years ago to lease a Pacifica, what a bad experience. Figured 3 years later I would give them another chance. Very bad experience. I called them on March 20,2026 and gave them all the details of what I wanted, no return call. Called a week later, claimed they had no information on my call. Said they would have someone call me. I missed there call, tried calling them twice and they hung up on me. NO ONE IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT EVER CALLED ME BACK. So as far as I am concerned the sales staff is not great. Absolutely unacceptable experience. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been in and out of this service department since July 2025. It was towed in with “Service Transmission” and “Service Stability Control” warnings and abnormal noise. The transmission and transfer case were replaced, and my vehicle was kept for an extended period — with no loaner provided. When I finally got it back, it was not even properly reassembled. I found loose brackets underneath the vehicle and had to return so they could correct their own work. I also made it clear that the vehicle still did not feel repaired. In October 2025, it went back again. Motor mounts and the front differential were replaced, along with paint work. Another long repair time. This time I was given a loaner — which created more problems than it solved. I was pulled over because the loaner had an expired registration sticker. Days later, that same loaner (Jeep Compass) was leaking oil in my garage. The replacement (Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe) locked the keys inside on the first night. When I called for assistance, the manager was dismissive, blamed me, and told me to call a locksmith myself. I had no choice but to pay $400 out of pocket. I was promised reimbursement. It never happened. In January 2026, the vehicle was back yet again — this time for a blown third-gear clutch pack. The transmission had to be rebuilt after already being replaced. That is a major failure and raises serious concerns about the quality of the previous repair. Over the course of three major service visits, I experienced: • Repeated mechanical failures • Months without my vehicle • Improper reassembly • Unsafe and poorly maintained loaner vehicles • Broken reimbursement promises • Consistently poor communication I had to chase updates. Calls and emails went unanswered. There has been zero accountability. At this point, I have lost all confidence in this service department. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here.

My experience with Relmo Perez and Jason Mascia (GM) was top-notch from beginning to end. No high-pressure sales tactics, and no nonsense. Met with him on a Wednesday, and add my new vehicle on Thursday! When you are in the market for a Dodge Chrysler Jeep or Ram, go to Merrick Dodge and ask for Relmo Perez! You will not be disappointed!

I shopped multiple dealerships for the same vehicle, they came in at the best price. Made the buying process quick simple and easy. Definitely go back for another vehicle.
