My sales associate, Janet Baker, was fantastic to work with. I normally hate shopping for cars and she made the entire process easy and stress free. She was very patient answering all of my questions comparing the 2 cars I was looking at. I never felt pressured in any way. I will absolutely recommend her to friends looking for cars in the future.

I stopped by the service center to get help with my fuel door on my Tucson. I only had enough gas for 30 miles so stopped to fill up. However could not get the fuel door open, had to leave and drive to the dealership for help. I was not able to wait the estimated hour due to an appointment so I was going to have to attempt to make it home. The lady asked a technician to see if could pry it open to see what parts were needed and I would come back. He was kind enough to do it right then, went to look at it and pushed in the center of the door and it actually opened up. I was extremely happy he got it open. I was so thankful for their help and drove straight to the gas station. Not only did they assist me getting my walker out of the back to go inside she was kind enough to put it back inside the car for me. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and so customer focused. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at this dealership. Janet answered all of my questions and was very thorough in the details of this transaction. She was very helpful in transferring all my devices from my old vehicle to the new one. Although I was originally considering another make, she convinced me to stay with Hyunndai.
