had a great experience having service on my CX5 at this place yesterday. Stephanie the service advisor was super and Pepsi on first phone call was very nice for sure. Even met with Jack D. the GM and felt welcome, valued and cared for here the way all should, but don't. Many other dealerships have left customer service by the wayside but THIS dealership is the BEST! And it's beautiful too. I will recommend it to all for sales and service from now on.

Just went with a friend who purchased a new CX5, and the entire process was actually a lot of fun and stress free. Would highly recommend this dealership. Jennifer was a very sweet sales person and Ben just made the whole deal so much easier.

I recently returned to Mazda Garden City to lease another Mazda CX-30 (3rd trim), and once again, the experience was outstanding. The vehicle exceeded my expectations, and the team delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. Eddie, my sales consultant, was especially impressive. He took the time to accommodate all my questions and ensured the entire process was smooth and transparent. Jose from the Finance Department was highly professional and accommodating, helping me secure a price close to what I had hoped for. Ben, the Manager, also made sure all my concerns were addressed and that I was fully satisfied throughout the process. Overall, the Mazda Garden City team consistently demonstrates excellence. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I left extremely pleased with my lease. I highly commend Eddie for his outstanding work ethic and he deserves recognition and promotion.

I recently purchased a car from Mazda Garden City that was sold to me as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Since the purchase, I’ve had multiple issues that should never happen with a certified car. The ABS sensors for both front tires were the wrong size, the vehicle shakes aggressively when backing up on a hill, and the front end makes loud cracking noises during sharp turns. I brought it back for service, but only the right side issue was addressed and the cracking noises are now even louder than before. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a so called certified vehicle from this dealership. On top of all the mechanical issues, the overall buying experience was horrible

A really big thank you to Jared T who was amazing , understanding and certainly not one of these pushy salespeople . The whole process was no more than 3 hours. From picking the car, the color and the features you want. Finance is usually the most dreadful part of the whole car buying process but I was in and out in 10 minutes. I signed 4 papers and was done. The dealership is clean up to date and modern. Will recommend to family and friends.
