I always go to the Dealership armed with multiple quotes.

I always go to the Dealership armed with multiple quotes. Northtown, beat the Competition. Andrew was courteous, and Attentive. Definitely recommend him and the Dealership.

Have dealt with Andrew for the purchase or lease of 4

Have dealt with Andrew for the purchase or lease of 4 vehicles and has always been a great stress free experience. Andrew has always gone above and beyond to deliver what we wanted and a price we were comfortable with. Our relationship has gone beyond that of salesman and customer to what my wife and I would consider friends !

I am very unhappy with Hyundai.

I am very unhappy with Hyundai. To have something breakdown at 600 miles on the car and not have it covered is ridiculous. I will never lease another Hyundai and will spread my dislike of this company.

I recently bought a car from Northtown Hyundai working remotely with Issac as my salesperson. He made the entire process very easy and straightforward, even when there was a problem with FedEx delivering the title for my trade‑in. Everything was handled professionally and without stress on my end. Based on this experience, I would choose Northtown Hyundai over my local Hyundai dealer.

I purchased my “Third Hyundai Santa Fe” last week, it’s the second time I bought it at Northtown Hyundai, Amherst NY. MY SALESPERSON was Andrew, both times. He made me experience an exceptional one, again! He always goes above and beyond your expectations. Answered a ton of questions I had about the vehicle, plus gave me a full list of options the suv had. Very informative and made sure I was all set with how everything operated before I drove it off the lot. Everyone at Northtown is professional, helpful and accommodating.
