Atrocious customer service. You can’t get ahold of the shop that has your vehicle. Appt setup dude sounded annoyed I called. Mumbled. Guy doing the intake during drop off was tryna get me out before I could explain what’s wrong with the vehicle. I was told couple days. 3 days later no call, so I called and got ahold of their dispatch or whatever and they “sent an email”. Still no call back. I call back next day and they “sent an email” again. Clearly the managers at this establishment don’t do their job and are never around to help their employees. Cherry on top “we had a guy drive it and couldn’t figure anything out”. Somehow when I picked the vehicle up. Sound was gone. Also bought the truck three weeks ago so buyer beware.

I can in for an inspection. They said I needed 3500 worth of work on my 2013 Escape that has 80k miles on it. Only gay me a line item with no good explanation.

Waited over three months for parts.Original insurance estimate nearly doubled for repairs that did not need to be completed. Completed over charged my insurance company then over extended my rental car agreement.. complete nightmare.

This is my second experience with #1 Cochran in Natrona Heights. I called the day before I went in and spoke with Amy. I told her exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. She sent me a link to a vehicle they had in stock and it was exactly what I was looking for. I told her I would come in the next day and we could talk. I went in the next morning and Amy made everything so smooth and easy as possible. At one point after the vehicle had been washed she was outside cleaning the wheels with a rag to make sure there wasn’t a spec of dust left. Everything about this transaction from start to finish was quick easy and smooth. Probably one of the best experiences I ever had in buying a vehicle. Not wasting my time no haggling back and forth everything was straight forward even with Taylor the finance guy. Straight forward and too the point. Best of all I told them I had to be gone by a certain time to go to a birthday party and they worked extra hard to get everything done and me outta there in time for the party for my son. It was a win win. This dealership deserves a raise. Everyone there. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A+++++++++ I purchased a brand new 26 ram 3500 Cummins diesel with the night edition package. It’s beautiful and perfect

Received text messages and would have preferred a call then the call was blocked as spam. They fixed the issue but sent me home with a hanging muffler and never mentioned plus they saw the door had issues didn’t off to try and fix or say anything! Very poor communication and not courteous at all!!!plus the door issue needs recalled if it happens and the parts are obsolete I was told

Advisor very attentive to my concerns, did not dismiss my concerns as unfounded, worked with me and tech to get to root cause of problem. Tech excellent, spent a lot of time working thru my description of the problem to accurately diagnose then correctly remediate things for me. Lindsay and John are great, my go to for all I need. Kevin also a great help whenever Lindsay isn't around. Thank you for all your help.
